Easy to find, good location, comfortable

AC is ice cold, floor were dusty, not cleaned for a while

Our stay in this pension has been pleasant, we have booked after 11:00 pm and it was a success. Very good location in the center of Madrid, close to bus and metro lines. The room was comfortable, with everything you need for a stay. Clean and tidy with local tv. The air conditioning was great and the employee who received us was very friendly. In summary, this is a very low priced pension with wifi included. Perfect if you are trying to save money while passing through Madrid!

The private bathroom can be improved a bit.

The location of the apartment at such an amazing price is the best thing for Madrid. The room was quite nice, the staff looked after the cleanliness quite nicely. The room was quite at all times and zero disturbance by your neighbours. In addition, there are a lot of great restaurants just downstairs, so that was a big plus for me!

We were just a little surprised with the constant rush the staff was in (which might look rude to some tourists, for us it was fine because we understood that they are a small team who were trying to keep things up to the mark).

Location is very convenient, close to everything.

The water in the shower gets too cold and you have to wait till it gets warm.

great location. lots of cafes, restaurants etc around. short walk fro the Sol metro and 15 mins to the airport serobus. €5 cash to airport. staff friendly and helpful. the Cuban lady at reception is lovely. remember it’s not 3 star

the 44 stairs carrying bags up to reception. not great. a room on the street side could be noisy but others ok except walls are a bit thin. but it’s not 3 star

The location was ideal, and the room was perfectly comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The location is great! Central with loads of restaurants and pubs nearby. The room is clean and big. The tv has many satellite channels too. The heating was good and we wete given a quiet room as requested which was great cos we had good sleep! The staff was very nice and friendly and allow us to check in alittle earlier than 2pm as our room wasnt occupied and was ready. Will definitely stay there again if visiting madrid if the price is right!

Able to hear when people talk at the reception area. But this is a common issue in hostals in madrid. No big issue as the stay as a whole was great!

Great location, spot on for all main transports links & attractions. Decent proce for where it is.

There are a lot of building works in & around Madrid right now, very noisy city.

The Pensión is located near the center and you can reach all the well-known sights by feet. The host is very friendly. But it's a little bit tricky to see the entrance door, there is a sign above the door on the wall - so, you'll find it, search were google maps shows the entrance. :-) The room is simple furnished, but for the price it's fine! It's perfect located for strolling around the city center.
