The location was amazing, right in Sol shopping area which is centrally located with metro station and everything you need within walking distance! Great restaurants and bars around the neighbourhood. If you enjoy lively nightlife then that's the place to be! The rooms were themed and really pretty as well as clean. The staff were sweet and helpful although we arrived past midnight for checkin!

If the room was a bit bigger it'd be perfect. Also, the rooms have incredible soundproofing but since the nightclub was right next to the rooms, do not expect absolute peace and quiet. Finally, I'd suggest adding protective mesh on the windows so that no bugs come in when they are open.

Location was perfect, right in the middle of everything and close to multiple metro stops. The room was good for a stay where you plan to be out and about most of the time. Three beds, small but functional bathroom, and we even had AC. It gets noisy at night in this neighborhood, but that's to be expected, and the double-paned windows kept much of the noise out.

Honestly it was all pretty good. I did realize too late that it didn't have an elevator, but it's only on the first floor, do just one flight of stairs to go up.

This is the second time we stayed in Madrid at JCRooms Santa Ana. It is very well located (a few steps away from Sol), the rooms are very clean, Iulia (the receptionist) was extremely nice, she gave us a lot of useful information. We will definitely come back to Madrid and stay at JC Rooms Santa Ana.

The rooms are very small.

The staff was so kind and helpful! The place is near everything, but I have to say if you are looking for a quiet place this is not for you, because as it is the downtown, you can hear ppl in the streets, even though I didn’t hace an issue with that, but if you are looking for a quier place this is not for you, and the room is pretty small but good

I would definitely stay again in JC Rooms, the location is perfect because it's really close to the metro station and "Puerta del sol" which is an area that has restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. The place is clean, has all the amenities needed, the staff is helpful, reception is 24/7 open and you can also leave the baggage before and after your stay, which is really helpful.

location is good, near everything. Walking around is nice experience. Go north is Sol Sq, east is Congress Building then Prato Museum. Go west is Majoy Sq, then Palace area. South is good too, there are a lot of restaurants you could try.

Bath room's shower switch is some kind tricky, need couple minutes to get ride of it. No elevator, that's not good for heavy luggage carriers. nearby streets maybe a little noise in late evening with young Bar customers accumulated.

The location is perfect and kind staff. There are restaurants all around, the train stationnis close and puerta del sol is less 5 minutes walk.

I stayed there as soon as I got to Spain. First with 3 more people, the room was so nice no very big but jusst enough. After few days I came back with my partner and we got a room for two, unfortunately this time the room was extremely small, it was so hard to move in the room and the bathroom.

The accommodation is in a very good location. It should be taken into account that there are restaurants and bars right next to it, which makes it a bit noisy, but it didn't bother us. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean, cleaned every day. Each room is given the name of a city instead of a room number. From the accommodation, you could get to the main square in a few minutes. I can only recommend.

It wasn't like that.

The room is located in the very center of Madrid, 10-15 minutes walk from all attractions. The room should be redecorated a bit. But I only went there for the night. A little noisy as the windows face the street, great audibility. The staff is polite and helpful

Unbeatable location in Madrid with friendly staff and comfortable, modern rooms.

Access through the main door is only possible by ringing a bell and waiting for the staff to open. Even though the reception is open 24 hours and they were always super quick to open, I generally appreciate an independent access.
