Great location close to Sol and the surrounding amenities. The tube station Sol is at a short walking distance so you are well connected with the rest of the city. The room was clean and well equipped. Check in online and digital key work well and are convenient if you check in late at night.

The area is super loud at night (all night long) so if you are looking for a quiet place better go somewhere else. There's no opportunity to leave your luggage at the place after you check out, they will advice a luggage deposit just around the corner at your expenses.

The staff was so helpful to us. The Hostal also has a small elevator, which was great for our luggage. The neighborhood was wonderful, close to the Sol Metro stop, and many restaurants and quaint streets for evening strolls.

Our room did not have a refrigerator which would have been helpful. No breakfast is offered, not even tea or coffee, so take note. During our stay, there was some construction outside of the Hostal which prevented our taxi to come pick us up right at the door for our journey to the Airport. Another important note - the Sol Metro line was undergoing construction which prevented us from taking the Metro to the Train Station, although a Bus was offered too.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city. The room is bright and clean. No issues with the cleanliness. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and tidy.

As a newly renovated place, it could use a bit more furniture. While there was some space to leave the clothes it wasn't enough, same applies for shoes and other belongings.

Location is practically in Puerta del Sol. Great view outside the window. It's a studio and is spacious. There are lots of outlets. Check-in was a breeze. Code entry, instead of keys, is very convenient.

The AC has a hard time cooling the room because of its position. A small refrigerator would have been nice.

location was perfect for us, walking distance to where the action is. Many restaurants, near shopping area, not to far from the airport.

I just got off guard with the entrance of the Hostel since It's my first time in this place, you have to have a door code to enter and go upstairs to check in. They have an elevator which is good for us and our suitcases.

Our train had 3 hours of delay, thus we arrived to the hostal only at 2:30am, nevertheless the check in went very smooth and the receptionist was very nice. We only spent one night but the other receptionist in the morning was also really kind and friendly and the hostal was super clean and the beds comfy.

The room was looking to the street, which is full of bars and people also at night, so it was a bit loud. The main entrance to the building of the hostal and the stairway looks a bit discouraging, but inside it was a really nice surprise.

Room was very clean and roomy.

The wifi and mobile connections were not strong in the property site and since the electronic key depended on a mobile connection on the fist day (no wifi provided before getting into room) it made the getting in on day one difficult.

How near the Gran Via Street was. Very easy to get there. Very close to a Metro station. The bathroom was inside the room and that was great. They could include another bed in the room to accommodate a total of 3 people.

There wasn’t any kitchen or refrigerator, so we had to do every meal outside which, in my opinion, kind of defeats the purpose of staying in a hostal. However, that was probably my mistake bc a kitchen wasn’t advertised.

Location

The front door is almost invisible and the interphase to the front desk was broken, so we had to wait a long time to be let in . I suggest them to fix it and on my departure there was someone there working I. the intercom . We did not have any problems with the noise, as other reviewers said , maybe was because we were in the third floor .

Fantastic location in the heart of Madrid, 2 mins walk from the Metro station. Lots of shops, resteraunts, cafes just a few steps outside, easy to walk to most of the main tourist hot spots. Staff where friendly and helpful.

The noise, bring ear plugs. Not the hotels fault ( they have double glazed doors) but lots of nightlife noise until the early hours.
