The guys on the reception were really friendly, location is incredible, everything is near by. Restaurants, coffee shops, markets - super easy to explore the city on foot from here (at least that's what we did). The neighbourhood is very lively. Both of us really liked it. The room had its private bathroom and a street-view small balcony, and the bed was really comfortable!!

The street was underconstruction, and the appartment is just above the night club, so it can be loud, but it's nothing the owners can fix. However, we would get so tired during the day, that it didn't bother us at all during the night 😅. The place is a bit small for a longer stay, but if you're staying for a couple of days, it's perfect value for the money! Also, if you're working and traveling, you'll have to find a place to work since it can be tyring to work from bed, but there are a lot of options close to the accommodation.

Fabulous stay in a great location and warm welcome from reception. My one bed apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Plenty of thick warm blankets if it's cold. Almost cancelled due to reading other reviews about noise etc but so glad I didn't. Plenty of bars and eateries nearby and it's only a short 10 minute walk to all the shops in Gran Via. Metro stations & plenty of buses nearby to explore the city. Felt very safe as a female solo traveller. Will definitely be returning.

My apartment had everything I needed e.g fridge, freezer, oven, microwave & washing machine but no kettle! Also, sheets were very thin.

The location is very good. In the heart of Madrid, 4 minutes walk to Sol, but very quiet, you do not listen to the noise of the streets. All the staff is very professional, always helpful, smiling, fast to provide solutions. They are in the reception 24h (and not sleeping). AC worked perfectly all the time. Cleaning is also good.

The mattress was of low quality and sagged in the middle. I had to ask it to be changed. The tv controller was not in the room at the time of arrival. Both problems were solved almost immediately by the staff, and they were very kind and empathetic in every single occasion I had to request something from them.

I got a room on the 3rd floor, with a window opening on the internal part of the building. Contrary to what I was expecting reading the other reviews, thanks to its position it was extremely silent. The road is half-closed for construction so maybe there was less night-life, but even if there were to be, I don't think it would have reached my room. The room was one of the best I've stayed at among the last 4-5 I booked while traveling!

The location is exceptional. You are in the middle of the city center, with the vibes of Madrid everywhere around you. Even though I see that some people were complaining about loudness, our room was in the back so it was pretty quiet there (thankfully).

The rooms are really small. The reception peopls do not speak very much English.

for what it offers it is very good, the location is incredible, you have to know that it is a small 1/4, with modest facilities, but again for what it offers it is very good, I have stayed twice and if I need to return to Madrid for something quick, I will stay again

Perfectly located in the middle of the restaurant and bar area. Perfect for our foodie trip. The room was exactly what we expected when paying in madrid city center 50 bucks a night for 3. A decent bed, a decent shower.

Check in and check out. The gentleman was very grumpy, and to be fair wasn't even in the reception upon check out. We had to wait over 20 minutes, while calling over and over again with no success. There were more guests in the same situation We almost got a fine for this. Very telegraphic, expect much more from someone working in this line of business. We aren't horses in a box, we are people paying to stay in a room

Excellent location - really central, 5 minute walk from Puerta del Sol/bathroom looks new and clean/most of the staff at the reception is helpful/good value for the price

There is a night club downstairs which keeps the music on until late night - however, once you've closed the window, the noise won't be so loud not to allow you to sleep

The main room (1 floor up from the street below) was cleverly designed to maximise the space available with electric blinds to shut out noise and light from the street. The ensuite shower/loo was clean, well-lit and a pleasure to use.

There was no means to make a hot drink in the room and the drink dispenser in reception was not working - not such a big deal because there were cafes all around.

Everything went well. The location was close to everything and literally in the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable. And it was a quiet place, we had a good rest.

So far, we couldnt recall anything that we didnt like. It would be better if there are more sockets close or to the bedside.
