Apartman looks like the pictures of the listing, it was clean. Host was kind and it was easy to communicate. Location is perfect.

Great location! Close to everything, yet, in a quiet area. Very convenient. Parking places nearby, if you're bringing car. Subway is a 7 minute walking. Nice apartment, kitchen is updated.

No mop, no broom. Only 2 toilet rolls for 3 nights stay of 4 persons The bathroom has no ventilation. Smell goes directly into the kitchen! :( Cleaning service could be a bit thorougher (and not because of pets). Windows have good insulation, but noise from other apartments may be annoying for light sleepers.

The location was good. Close to everything we wanted to see.

We did not like being in an apartment w/o windows. Also the wifi given to us in the instructions did not work. I requested help per a secondary person as instructed but never had any follow through and I personally didn’t want to keep asking about the same issue. I also noticed there were “no” working fire detectors on the ceiling (maybe in a different location?), no hair dryer and very weak wifi signal (2 alternate suggestions to try ). If you moved close to the front door of the apartment you got a stronger signal.

It looked exactly like the picture, they were also able to accommodate us on our entry with the proper instructions. The washing machine worked. Everything was clean. We came in a group of four, and we even thought that the sofa bed was quite comfortable. Also, the area was good with lots of food options walking distance there are two grocery stores right outside of this hotel, which is awesome if you need snacks or essentials.

We were not aware of the elevator because it’s slightly hidden, but it’s there. There’s nothing wrong with this property. We recommend it

Truly in the heart of Madrid! Very convenient to reach all attractions and experience the vibrant life of the city. The apartment is right in the center, but it is quiet at night, making it comfortable to rest.

The windows face nowhere, or rather - the walls, if you stay longer there would be a lack of daylight. However, when you come back just to sleep, it doesn't bother.

Convenient location near plaza mayor and touristic shops and restaurants. Very polite and responsive owner. Also placed a travel crib for our baby.

The building is from 1880, noisy, cracky stairs, no insulation from neighbors, you hear people climbing the stairs any time during the day/night, and outside is noisy too. No window at the bathroom and at the kitchen. Not enough towels, toilet paper and garbage bags.

This apartment was in a really central location in the city! Communication went ok and everything was very clean

The location was also above a sort of after hours bar and we stayed on the first floor, so it does get noisy in the early hours… but of course this is also part of staying in the city center. The towels were quite old and thin/small.

The fact that it was totally quiet (heard nothing at nighttime!) and a very comfy bed. Also very clean & bright.

No views whatsoever from the windows being at the back of the building. Also no Sky or CNN channels on the TV.

Fantastic location, wide kitchen equipment. Supermarkets like Carrefour and Lidl - very close. Metro, bus stations and most popular PLAZAs few minutes from location.

Like others wrote, 1st floor flat is noisy. All outside/inside surroundings were heard. Small number of cutlery and glasses gives dishwasher completely unusable. Flat is smaller than it looks on the pictures. Poor quality of TV antenna signal finished with minecraft quality of TV programmes. Blocked shower base - finally it was required to purchasing and using special detergents to unblock. No courtains in living room on the 1st floor makes all visible from outside in night. Outside straw courtain was not extendable (I made custom opening system) and was dirty like the outside space after opening it. Above are not a problem for a weekend trip. But for a 1 week trip with familly, it starting to be.

The location is excellent. Supermarkets close by and although central in a quiet area.

The neighbours above the apartment were very loud at night. This was every evening and till late at night. There weren't enough pots and pans for 4 people.
