This property was advertised as a 'suite' on Booking.com. Its actually a hostel that has duplex apartments on the higher floors to accommodate families. We were 5 and had a very very spacious 3 bed 2 bathroom penthouse on the 5th floor. Its a very basic apartment with a great view and met all our needs. The location is ideal, everything is nearby including all the historic sites, monuments, markets, bars, cafes, restaurants, 24 hr grocery stores and even the station! Madrid is very lively city buzzing with lots of places open until the early yours of the morning.

The location is good yet has its challenges - there are a lot of disorderly people in that part of the city. The apartment had 1 dishwasher tablet and 2 washing machine tablets. On asking for couple more given that we were 5 people (including 2, 75+ year old people) staying for 4 nights - there was stiff reluctance from receptionists on one shift. Had to literally justify the need for at least 2 more dishwashing tablets with the morning shift. I had to ask the cleaning lady who understood the requirement! Assume this place caters to very young single/couple people coming for 1-2 nights as part of the hostel stay and hence couldn't fathom the need or the courtesy to provide for a couple extra for a large'ish family. Lastly, there is no smartTV and no English channels on the TV.

I like very much the accessibility, room and everything. Definitely I will recommend Mola Suites to my family and friends.

We stored our luggages at the pay lockers after checking out. Mola Suites should provide free storage for luggages.

very good central location and very clean and a good price we stayed in the suite that was like an apartment so if you didn't want to eat out each night it had cooking facilities and could of slept 3/4 ppl comfortably

having to pay to store your luggage I get it is a hostal but I feel when paying the hotel prices for there suites they should have the facilities to store your bags not at a charge as we only needed to store ours for like 30 minutes we still has to pay for 3 hours as was only option, also room wasn't serviced the three nights we were there no mention on how to get extra towels on check in or any explanation of anything at check-in just where your room was.

The location is very convenient. It is right in the city center and close to Metro station. The front desk offers booking service for the Flamenco show (but not all the staff are aware of this service they have). The nice lady at the front desk helped us with the booking and we got to see the wonderful show. The apartment is huge and with a huge kitchen. It is very cozy and can accommodate 4 people. We also joined the free walking tour they offered. The tour guide picked us up from the hotel and the tour was super nice. Highly recommended.

Everything in the apartment is quite nice (especially the kitchen and the two sofa bed), but the ceiling of the bathroom looks quite scary. It is old, moldy and bended down. It needs some renovation apparently. Another thing is the noise from the street. The street on the side of the balcony is quite busy until late evening. The apartment already offers the door with nice sound installation to prevent the noise, but you can still hear a bit of it. If you require a super quiet room then it is not your choice.

Mola Suites exceeded our expectations. We weren't sure about booking a hostel/hotel mix but it was great. It appeared the hostel was on the lower floors. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll from Plaza Mayor and within walking distance to major Madrid tourist attractions. There was a supermarket close by and the bus and taxis opposite. We rented a studio and it was huge! Everything was very comfortable and it was great to have a kitchen and washing machine in the room. We used the lockers as we arrived early and it worked well. The staff were fantastic! So friendly, welcoming and helpful. A big shout out in particular to Carlos and Sorinna (not sure if I have this correct).

We asked for a quiet room and although we didn't have a view, it was very quiet most of the time. It is an old building and you can open windows so noise does travel. It was fine but if you like quiet and no street noise, ask for a room higher up and away from the front.

Location is amazing. It is right in the centre of the old town right next to the Theatre. The view from our balcony is incredible. We see all the wonderful people and beautiful buildings. It is so near to all the shops, restaurants and the plazas. Walking distance to shopping centres. The staff are so helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone. It is also very clean. Our room was newly renovated and everything is so clean and new. We love love love this place. 5 star for us absolutely. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We choose not to include breakfast at the suites. Location was very good, close to restaurants, grocery stores, museums, etc. We had our windows towards the Plaza and it was noisy during the night and early morning, but we did not care about this aspect.

The apartment floor was a little outdated. Also we did not have our towels changed in 9 days. When requested, we''ve been advised to do laundry and solve the problem ( we had washing machine in the kitchen which was great). We also need to clean the rooms and kitchen.

I would like to say thanks to Mola suites ,we felt so lucky to got their apartment, 1.its in a central location. 2. The staff is very professional friendly and helpful . 3.very reasonable price.10 out of 10. 4.there is very safe locker room after check out also if u have flight in the evening and u wana walk around town without ur bags 5 .very good view from apartment. 6 .24 hour customer service. 7.apartmemt is falwless and clean. 8.you have free hand in apartment whatever you would like to do except smokimg and damage stuff lol. Whenever I visit madrid next time definitely I will be staying in ur apartment. Once again thank you very much to made our trip memorable.❣️❣️❣️ My rating is 10 out of 10.

Check out should be bit late ..like 12 or 1. It's my request to all .not just Mola suites.. They all should change check out timing ..it's not fair Check in time .15:00 Check out time .11.00. Not agreed at all.

Everything about our house was very nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen products were clean and brand new. The towels were clean. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were clean. The only thing missing was slippers because of the home environment. It was also very close to Sol Square and other central places. Thank you for everything.

Location was about 1.5 miles from Atocha train station in central Madrid. My family of 5 walked up a gentle hill to the hotel. There were lockers to store our luggage on site which we used as we arrived in the morning. Had the 3 BR apartment which was awesome (and had heat pumps in each bedroom). Kitchen was small so we only ate breakfast "at home". Washer in the unit and upstairs was a laundry room to hang up wet clothes. Location was very close to royal palace and el Prado as well as lots of options for restaurants and bars nearby. Would def. stay here again.
