This property was advertised as a 'suite' on Booking.com. Its actually a hostel that has duplex apartments on the higher floors to accommodate families. We were 5 and had a very very spacious 3 bed 2 bathroom penthouse on the 5th floor. Its a very basic apartment with a great view and met all our needs. The location is ideal, everything is nearby including all the historic sites, monuments, markets, bars, cafes, restaurants, 24 hr grocery stores and even the station! Madrid is very lively city buzzing with lots of places open until the early yours of the morning.

The location is good yet has its challenges - there are a lot of disorderly people in that part of the city. The apartment had 1 dishwasher tablet and 2 washing machine tablets. On asking for couple more given that we were 5 people (including 2, 75+ year old people) staying for 4 nights - there was stiff reluctance from receptionists on one shift. Had to literally justify the need for at least 2 more dishwashing tablets with the morning shift. I had to ask the cleaning lady who understood the requirement! Assume this place caters to very young single/couple people coming for 1-2 nights as part of the hostel stay and hence couldn't fathom the need or the courtesy to provide for a couple extra for a large'ish family. Lastly, there is no smartTV and no English channels on the TV.

I like very much the accessibility, room and everything. Definitely I will recommend Mola Suites to my family and friends.

We stored our luggages at the pay lockers after checking out. Mola Suites should provide free storage for luggages.

The Mola Apartments are located right in the heart of the Madrid city center, surrounded by tourist sites, public transit, shops, and restaurants. You cannot be more centrally located than Mola (but with that comes the constant noise of the city center). The apartment is spacious with a well-stocked kitchen, washing machine, drying rack, iron, coffee maker, etc. The apartment has everything you need during your stay. There's 24/7 reception and check-in is easy.

The apartments are a bit bare-bones. The furniture is worn and dated. There aren't many lamps and the overhead lighting is white and sterile. There could be better toiletries left for guests (shampoo, bar soap, etc.).

very good central location and very clean and a good price we stayed in the suite that was like an apartment so if you didn't want to eat out each night it had cooking facilities and could of slept 3/4 ppl comfortably

having to pay to store your luggage I get it is a hostal but I feel when paying the hotel prices for there suites they should have the facilities to store your bags not at a charge as we only needed to store ours for like 30 minutes we still has to pay for 3 hours as was only option, also room wasn't serviced the three nights we were there no mention on how to get extra towels on check in or any explanation of anything at check-in just where your room was.

The location is very convenient. It is right in the city center and close to Metro station. The front desk offers booking service for the Flamenco show (but not all the staff are aware of this service they have). The nice lady at the front desk helped us with the booking and we got to see the wonderful show. The apartment is huge and with a huge kitchen. It is very cozy and can accommodate 4 people. We also joined the free walking tour they offered. The tour guide picked us up from the hotel and the tour was super nice. Highly recommended.

Everything in the apartment is quite nice (especially the kitchen and the two sofa bed), but the ceiling of the bathroom looks quite scary. It is old, moldy and bended down. It needs some renovation apparently. Another thing is the noise from the street. The street on the side of the balcony is quite busy until late evening. The apartment already offers the door with nice sound installation to prevent the noise, but you can still hear a bit of it. If you require a super quiet room then it is not your choice.

The stay was incredibly central, which was very convenient as we didn't have a car and there was a bus station literally outside the hotel. The loft was spacious and we found the area to be safe and clean.

The suite itself was large and had all the amenities we needed, however a lot of them were broken or needed replacing. Also, the location can't be beat for convenience, but it was LOUD and there isn't great sound proofing. Bring earplugs and turn on some white noise, but it's still a loud area. Madrid truly does not sleep!

The location cannot be better... 2 minutes to Plaza Mayor and 1 minute to Plaza Del Sol. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. It was exactly like the pictures. The air conditioner was a plus, although I had to look up the remote in order to make it work even better. Would definitely return.

I mean it's not a five star hotel and the cleanliness could have been better. The beds were not incredibly comfortable... Still good though.

Best location right near Sol station, and having the 24 hour staff was very nice. Great spacious apartment with nice blackout windows which really helped our baby and infant sleep before the sun set. Good amenities in the apartment, especially the washing machine was very useful with baby clothing and Madrid was so hot that clothes would dry within 30 minutes! .

The lift was very creaky and bumpy which was concerning at times but otherwise everything was fine.

Location is amazing. It is right in the centre of the old town right next to the Theatre. The view from our balcony is incredible. We see all the wonderful people and beautiful buildings. It is so near to all the shops, restaurants and the plazas. Walking distance to shopping centres. The staff are so helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone. It is also very clean. Our room was newly renovated and everything is so clean and new. We love love love this place. 5 star for us absolutely. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mola Suites exceeded our expectations. We weren't sure about booking a hostel/hotel mix but it was great. It appeared the hostel was on the lower floors. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll from Plaza Mayor and within walking distance to major Madrid tourist attractions. There was a supermarket close by and the bus and taxis opposite. We rented a studio and it was huge! Everything was very comfortable and it was great to have a kitchen and washing machine in the room. We used the lockers as we arrived early and it worked well. The staff were fantastic! So friendly, welcoming and helpful. A big shout out in particular to Carlos and Sorinna (not sure if I have this correct).

We asked for a quiet room and although we didn't have a view, it was very quiet most of the time. It is an old building and you can open windows so noise does travel. It was fine but if you like quiet and no street noise, ask for a room higher up and away from the front.
