The staff were amazing, the hostel was clean and overall a nice concept. Naturally, superb location.

- zero noise proofing. It’s still better than a regular hostel because you still get some personal space - the beds are squeaky as well - your pod only has usb a chargers. Not a regular plug or usb c -

We like that it’s a cheap option to stay in Madrid. The staff were very nice and friendly they helped us with everything we needed! The shared space was clean and the bathroom as well. The pod had great ac and ventilation, USB outlets and lights.

The mattress was very thin and not very comfortable. Each guest gets a locker that CANNOT fit more than a large bag pack so be aware. The water pressure and temperature cannot be controlled and you can turn on the water at the shower as if it’s a bathroom faucet (you press the button and the water is on for less then a minute each time. At first it’s very cold up until the 5th press. Also very exhausting and uncomfortable to need to press it over and over again for the water to keep running. It’s says they have a kitchen but they only have a coffee & tea station. The shared fridge is a mini fridge and is usually full.

Hi there. Just wanted to share some feedback on our experience with your hostel. First of all I would like to thank your staff and Daniel, who was very helpful and kind to us. He gave us his best tips and tried to accommodate all of our requests. This guy knows what service is 👏! Secondly, its location is very convenient for the shops and other sightseeing places, dining areas in Madrid. Nearby are Sol and Gran Via stations. Capsules are clean and quite good to sleep. Maybe you could provide more towels or at least 1 extra, if guests stay more than 3 nights ( just advice). Lastly, its price I find appropriate for itself and can only recommend to anyone, who travels to Madrid soon. Definitely worth and we will be coming back very soon. I like the location, and the cleanliness, and also the friendliness of the staffs.

There is no socket to plug in your charger. They do have a plug for USB (I think type B). So it didn’t work with my phone that has USB type C. Be prepared!

Comfortable hostel, the capsule had air conditioning, at some points it was even cool, there are pillows, a blanket, towels, convenient light and air conditioning switches, everything is on cards, the first time it was difficult to open, but then you can learn how to open it correctly and everything turns out quickly and conveniently. The kitchen is comfortable with tables, water, coffee, tea, dishes, there is also a small refrigerator where you can put your food, there is also a washing machine and dryer (paid), the shower and toilet are also comfortable, everyone had enough space. Also, which is very convenient, you can leave your bags before checking in if you arrive quickly, and you can also leave them after checking out (3 euros per bag), which is very convenient if you have a plane in the evening

Noise insulation, the sound was very audible when opening doors and lockers, and the capsules creak very much when you turn around, but frankly, when you are exhausted, you don't pay attention to this sound

Location, right in front of Tirso de Molina metro station, the staff, the cleaning ladies were great, the experience of being in a capsule.

That BOOKING! made a mistake with my reservation, I asked if I can check in in the middle of the night, you say yes BUT YOU CAN'T! it's only after 3pm and I arrived at 1:30am, fortunately the staff was kind enough to give me another capsule to sleep and give me my capsule later in the morning. Booking need to have a better communication with the hotels in order to give a better experience and don't have any disappointment like a did, I was very angry, but it wasn't the staff fault. Thank to them, I had a very good staying.

It's a damn cool little hostel, capsule or out. Great for a quick one night stay for myself before making the trip out to Valencia Check In was easy, overall a quiet and pleasant nights sleep. Able to keep bag in capsule but also in the lockers adjacent. Showers and toilet are kept impeccably clean especially during the morning and this didnt go unnoticed. I didnt manage to go down to the bar area but there was plenty of chatter when I arrived earlier in the evening. Rooms are locked at night for security of all guests staying in each dorm too. Accessible with your own codes. After a long day of travelling it was surprisingly top nights sleep!

Not necessarily a negative but just be mindful of being slight of foot, more so on the top bunk. I tried to be as quiet as possible when moving around in the pod and on the steps but its easy to make noise with them.

I am someone who can’t stand poor hygiene. I even had spair pillowcases with me to put on the pillow but I didn’t even feel the need to do so, everything about this place was extremely clean. I ate and left my plate on the tray in the kitchen and soon after I went back to grab a cup of tea (included in my stay) and my plate had already been cleaned. I didn’t see a single fly or bug the whole time either. The capsules are cool too and I love the mirror with colour changing settings it is perfect for putting on makeup.

The mattresses are not the most comfortable and they are plastic coated so they feel very cold and almost feel wet. The rooms were also stuffy and need a slightly better ventilation in my opinion.

Location

You can’t talk even on phone as you might disturb others. The capsules are not sound proof.

Very original setting in the heart of madrid, few minutes walk from san Miguel market and place mayor. There is also a small fridge , microwave, and table , wash machine, dryer. Close to hostels, few step away, there is a 24/7 supermarket. Good setting for big family , we are 9, quiet in the evening. The actual walking space in the room , is like the one in small hotel. JUAN is an angel and helped us with all little requests for the kids , Juan was welcoming,polite , extremely friendly, professional, and patient . 5 star customer service.
