Central location, well kept, nice and clean

Construction next to apartment with noise and traffic problems

The location is perfect and convenient. Check in was quick and easy, and they also allowed us to check in early! The unit was very nice and clean - looks modern and renovated. It also had a nice kitchen set up with everything we needed for a quick meals. There are also two grocery stores on the first floor.

Sound insulation is a bit weak, you can hear upstairs units talking often and also people talking in the streets at night (on lower level units) but that’s just a con of having a central location. Only real con is the shower glass doors were loose though and leaked. The kitchen faucet also was loose and we’d have to be careful it doesnt fall out

The location of the building is excellent. It's within walking distance to every major attraction in central Madrid. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we really enjoyed having access to a full kitchen. A massive bonus was having two grocery stores very close by, with one literally right next to the apartment building, and the other right around the corner.

The A/C is very strong, but the thermostat to control it didn't really seem to work. The A/C produced exactly the same amount of cold air regardless of the temperature or fan setting, so it was a little cold in the evenings. A roll of paper towels would have been helpful to include as part of the initial supplies provided. The drains were a little slow on the sinks and the showers. The initial description of the apartment claimed that there would be a washer/dryer, but the unit only had a washer. They did provide a drying rack, so we used that instead for our clothes, but it obviously took longer to dry than expected.

The location is very central and from there it is easy to visit various key places in Madrid via walking. Metro stations are nearby too. The apartment was very spacious which is rare in Europe, and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and also the shower. The "bedroom area" was separated from the rest of the apartment by a screen. Saray from the front desk was very helpful and helped us reserve a taxi to go to the airport. Overall a great stay.

Guests planning to visit soon should be aware there is extensive sidewalk and street construction right in front of the building, which made taxi access to the curb a little tricky. A few details within the apartment: there is very little counter space in the bathroom so it's hard to position toiletries bags and such. No dedicated space in the shower stall to put shampoo and soap, you end up putting them on the floor.

The place is really central and the room/apartment was comfortable, spacious, Internet connection was good, easy to access, the reception staff - Saray - was absolutely great and extremely friendly/helpful. The pre arrival team (Nuria & Saray) has also been really great in communicating any details or info about the venue and arrival.

There was construction work in the area near by - hopefully this will be over soon. As its an apartment system - they don't have daily cleaning. But they were available in case I needed more amenities in the room.

Everything was perfect. The location could not be better. In the same building, you have a 24-hour working supermarket and a Lidl. All the spots in Madrid that we love are extremely close. Metro is in front of the building. The bus stop also. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are cozy and spacious also. The kitchen is well-equipped. The beds are super comfortable. The girl at the reception was super friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage for the whole day after the check out and behind locked doors. Automated check-in was a breeze.

Nothing to dislike! Everything about this booking was absolutely perfect for me and my friends.

It is a nice and spacious room, basically small flat with some attempt of pretending to have some design features. It is super convenient that there is Lidl and Carrefour literally next door.

The area around is on the edge of "bad" south side of the town. There could be a bit better cleaning - we found some clothes of previous customers:) and the sink had some problem of discharging water.

The place was spotless - even had the "clean" smell. The bed was so comfortable. The location was excellent! Five to ten minutes away from all of the Madrid must-see spots. I highly recommend MH Apartments.

The main thing I didn't like was no bath mat in the bathroom with the tub. It was very slippery - I had to use the floor mat, which then made me have to use the hand towel for a floor mat. Not a huge deal, but I have mobility issues so I was a little afraid of slipping in the tub. The floor rug secured me in the tub, but it would have been better just to have a mat. The other thing was the air conditioner didn't really get cold. A portable fan would have been nice. But I'd still stay there again; I'd just bring my own mat and fan.

Very central, could walk to most places. Spacious apartment, large bathroom and comfy beds. very clean. Our air con didn’t work and they fixed it immediately.

Sofa bed not so comfy for an adult. For 3+ nights more toiletries needed as well as kitchen cleaning products. Would be useful to have some bathroom cleaning products available. Road works outside our window made the nights very noisy, but once it’s fixed it will be perfect.

The apartments are very clean and comfortable (have stayed in different ones on different occasions). The reception desk staff are very efficient. The location is excellent and you can walk to most museums, parks etc. If you don't like walking there is a metro station in the square where MH Apartments is located. There is a 24/7 Carrefour supermarket located at street level so very convenient if you need anything, any time of day and night. There are lots of cafes and restaurants around and in Lavapies and La Latina.

Was woken up in the early hours of the morning on a couple of nights by noisy guests returning. Could do with extra shower products and loo paper.
