central location, walkable to many touristic places in Madrid. hostel is a big building on the corner of a street, very easy to find bunk beds are covered on sides and have curtains Bed sheets were clean the bathroom in the room and separated with a door, there are enough racks under the basins Breakfast was good for money
The bathroom was not cleaned properly during my stay The hair dryer is like a joke, it does not get warm and dry enough but still turns itself down every two minutes There were not enough hangers in the room for towels etc. You need to have a big padlock for the lockers under the beds There is noise from the street but it is normal in such a central location

I liked that the bathroom was separate from the sleeping area and everything felt more private that way…
I’ve stayed at many hostels and they always give you a key or a lock for the locker your bed has assigned… this was not the case! I can’t believe you have to buy your own. I arrived super late and couldn’t buy one, so I had to rent a locker for extra money that wasn’t in my room… they do not specify that important piece of information anywhere and people should know before booking, I think I would have selected another place knowing this…

Great four unit accommodation and comfy bed with a privacy curtain. Location is fine for Metro access. Staff very pleasant and accessible. Decent communal area.
The biggest letdown was the lack of storage lockers within the rooms themselves. Whilst each bed does have a designated drawer, it doesn’t lock. The only lockable storage locker within the building are located on Floor -2 and require payment - so you would need to keep going backwards and forwards for bag access or keep it in your drawer without a lock.

The location is excellent and the staff very helpful. I was travelling with a group of eight (six students and two adults), and it was easy to access all of the historic center of Madrid on foot. We had four quads which met our needs quite well. The price was better than many of the other options in the neighborhood. I've travelled with groups large and small in Madrid, and I often book hostels in this area. Mola Madrid was particularly well suited for this group, as well, because I was able to reserve three quads rather than reserving larger rooms or placing my high school students in rooms with strangers. Breakfast was fine and the staff very helpful.
Our room had a connecting door to another room next door, and the people in the room were loud and giggly until the wee hours of the morning both nights. I can't blame the hostel for rude guests, but better sound proofing would have helped (hard with a connecting door, however).

Very organized and efficient hostel. I slept in a bunk bed and surprisingly: the mattress was extremely comfortable! The pillow and blanket were also very comfortable. I slept well! The shower was clean (I would have expected, though, that the towel would be included in the room price). The breakfast at a fair price of 8 € was definitely good!
Like most hostels in Europe, this hostel suffers from a "lack of hangers" (hanging hooks for clothes). Such a simple thing can help with a sense of order and organization, especially in a room where several people are staying!

The room was comfortable and the private bathroom is perfect (you have 2 sinks , large mirror , storage place for your toiletries and shoes which was super comfortable) Very social , every evening there is beer pong and pub crawl option with people from other hostels as well The bar is very cheap Great location with many bars , restaurants , supermarkets , metro ..
The common area wasn’t very neat Plus , the room on the first floor is pretty loud at night (street noise , one night I could feel the bass from a club) So if you’re a light sleeper , maybe pass

Me and my friend stayed in 6-bed female dorm. It was her first and my third time staying in a hostel. To be honest, it was great. Great comfort beds, privacy with curtains, little shelves, possibility to lock your drawer and it fit the whole luggage. Yes, the furniture is a bit outdated, but that’s a small thing. It was nice to have shower and toilet in the room and that it was seperated with additional door. It was quite quiet but I also used night earplugs. Location was great, very central.
In our room hairdryer did not work so we had to go after a working one to the reception. It got a bit hot during the night when the room was full, so someone had to open the window.

The location is really excellent! I loved the bed curtains, which are very nice and useful when you want to sleep or just do your own thing. On the lower floor (floor -2) there's a big communal area where you can make your own food ( there didn't seem to be a kitchen but plenty of small tools to make your sandwiches, eat muesli or whatever is easily prepared). Personally, I made sandwiches and coffee with things I had bought before. There's plenty of space to work on a computer, hang out with others, or do whatever you want to.
I wasn't so lucky with one of my roommates - a girl came back to the room in the middle of the night drunk and tried to get to her upper bunk bed. She complained and struggled for a while, made us all wake up, but it is in no way the hostel fault.

Very clean. We had our own cubicle space in our bed so there was a lot of privacy. The hostel also had its fun room and it was so close to the center. It was quiet and as a female solo traveller I will be returning again as I had a very pleasant experience. Just make sure to bring your own locker for your stuff or if not, you can buy one just downstairs.
The fact that they don’t have a big storage room for very big luggage but it wasn’t a problem for me personally as I was travelling with a back pack and even a small/medium luggage could fit in the lockers downstairs comfortably.

The location was amazing, could not be more central, super close to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. The staff was really nice, and gave us great recommendations of places to go for tapas. The beds were comfortable, each had a light and an outlet, as well as a drawer that could be locked. The bathroom was cleaned every day. Also, the shower, sinks and toilet were separated in different compartments, which is really useful in a room with 8 people. The common area downstairs was also really nice, and the hostel had an overall great environment.
The beds did not have curtains, so there was not much privacy while sleeping. The top beds in the bunks did not have a bar or another protection from falling. Also, the beds made a lot of noise when someone moved or when someone was going up or down the bunk stairs, so I often woke up during the night. One of our duvets had a hole and a band-aid on it (apart from this, the rest of our bed sheets were perfectly clean, and the room was spotless). The window blinds did not fully cover the outside light.
