before check in i am worried so much...due to many online comments, When I arrived I feel everything very ok. room big and clean picture are same only bedsheets is different but no problemfor me, before check in actually hotel have send message give you the code entry the building, direct to 1st floor enter code , you will saw the check in machine can change lalanguage or you can take photo Google translate ,you need to key in all your details ，once success check in a slip show your room number and key come out. then you go to the floor. I saw alot people miss up the hotel message because me too , hostal actually sending Spanish, you need copy Google translate it, you will know how to get in to the building, I hope this explanation make everyone easy and smooth check in.

I love it the room very ok for me.

The location was perfect, in the center of Madrid, it had the AC and separate bathroom.

The hygiene could be a lot better, the main issue was the toilet which was clean at first glance, but some signs of wear/tear/use could be seen. Also there were hair in the apartment when we first entered it on the floor, which normally I wouldn't bat an eye on since I have a dog that sheds all year-round, but we expected something a bit cleaner. The room is not for light sleepers, it is in a narrow but very busy street that is alive until 5-6 in the morning.

Close to Sol Metro. Nice little bars and restaurants close by.

We got 3 telephone numbers to call if there was a problem. Nobody that answered could speak any English. We just tried to get a wifi password from them but they did not understand. Why not just leave password in the room. When we eventually got a password, it did not work in room 114. Only if you stand close to your door. Shower verg small.

Central location. It is a few minutes' walk from Puerta del Sol. There is also a luggage storage near the area and plenty of food. The staff is quite prompt in sending instructions and the room was clean.

Check in machine is quite not so friendly. Upon check out, I cannot find the spot where to leave the key, so I went back to the room and left the key there. The vendo machine needs a little bit of better inventory.

Excellent location within walking distance from a lot main attractions. The room is basic but was perfectly fine for one night. Bed was acceptable and shower functioned well. Staff were nice enough and there is an elevator to help get your bags up.

For the price I have no complaints. The only thing I could suggest is a shelf in the shower to put toiletries.

Place has a great location as is right a few blocks from puerta del sol, but the room was very tiny compared to pictures, still for the rate is a very good option if you are there for 1-2 nights

Great value for the money. The beds were nice and comfy and everything was clean. The best part of the hotel is the location, it's right in the city center but you don't hear the noise coming from the streets.

Rooms are small and shower cabins as well.

The location is good but the rooms could use some upgrades. The walls are dirty making the room feel less nice of what it could be. The room was small but it serve the purpose of staying a few nights only. My biggest complain was the shower, it was very small. I’m small person only 5,2 medium size and was hard for me to turn or wash my hair a bigger person will have a hard time showering in that tiny shower. I found a better room, a few blocks from there at the same price and closer to plaza del sol.

I liked it, it was safe, in an excellent location, hot water was great, and it was close to everything.

Shower was way too small, the bed was too soft, you need to give better explanation to enter the property and automatic check in

Always have a promblem with the key card we cannot go insider our room they should provided a phone near the check ~in,if there is problem our key card can replace immediately
