The room was minimalistic but neat. The location is unbeatable, just next to the metro station and a short walk from Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Barrio de las Letras, and a bit longer walk (but a few minutes by bus or metro taken just outside the hotel) from Prado and Reina Sofia museums, Gran Via, etc.

The hotel was built by clearing a floor at an old building and splitting it into rooms with thin drywall. Guests were quiet but when one had to catch a plane early in the morning, a family leaving the room with the luggage at 4 a.m. woke me up and couldn't go back to sleep. Since there are many rooms in a floor, it's statistically likely to happen to you. Also there was a strong smell of cleaning products in the tiny room. I had to leave the window open the whole stay.

The location was great. Even though the room was small, it wasn´t really a problem cause I wasn´t expecting to spend much time there. Bathroom was very good (hot water, it was clean, and in the room). They also offered me for free a 24 hours locker so I could keep my stuff there after the check out. (Lockers are not there but jut a few blocks away). Internet was also very good.

The room could be a bit noisy for some people. (thin walls).

It was quiet , clean, central, and comfortable. The wifi was good. The water pressure was good and got hot quick. The bed was good. It had a little fridge. There were varied lighting options. The diffuse light behind the headboard was a nice touch. The key system was simple. One card did everything. It's a basic joint. The room is small. But it's a safe place to lay your head. I'd stay there again without qualms.

This place is great value for money - it is a couple of minutes from a nice square with loads of cafés, restaurants and a 24 hour supermarket! The room is very clean and comfortable.

There wasn't a proper reception so it was a little bit hard to figure out where to check in, but really no big deal. However, same thing on check out, I had no idea where to leave the key so I just left it on the shelf in the entrance.

The location was excellent. Just 20 metres to Tirso de Molina Square, 5 min. walk to Puerta del Sol. The decoration was quite stilysh yet simple. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfy. I especially loved the lighting; not too dark, not too bright. Exactly our personal taste.

The check-in process was a bit confusing, but nothing we couldn't deal with. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great location and the single room, although small, was very comfortable. Out of hours check-in over the phone was fine. Very close to metro.

One small packet of 2in1 shampoo/shower gel was provided and no hand soap. I thankfully had my own, but it would be a small touch that would make it better.

Location was great, central to get anywhere and close to metro entrance. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The walls are paper thin so you will hear everything (could hear the person in the next room snoring all night!) and the price is extremely expensive for what you are getting as it is very basic

The location is near all the facilities needed, train station, shops and the wi-fii is good.

Not clear of which level is the entrance of the register, a passer by explained to me on how to enter.

It was right in the city, the beds were comfortable and it was all good value for money. Air conditioning worked very well and the shower had good pressure.
