- Staff: Very responsive with requests and very accommodating. We find them very easy talk to. We were initially assigned a small room but because of an issue, they moved us the following day to Room 211. - Comfort: Very comfortable, bed, pillows and sofa. It has multiple electric outlets in the room and very fast WiFi. The rooms are all very quiet and peaceful. They offer daily cleaning as well. The TVs are hooked on to Netflix and other streaming. The kitchen is equipped with just enough supplies to cook a simple meal. - Amenities: Can easily buy convenience items at the reception and reasonable in price. - Location: there is a pharmacy and a Chinese restaurant next door, metro and intercity train are about 10 minutes from the suites. Supermarket about 5 minutes away, while Lidl is 12 minutes. The suites are in a family-oriented neighborhood. - Overall value: It was superb for the price we paid.

- water pressure in the shower is hard to gauge. It fluctuates from very hot to cold at times during shower. - be aware that the suites are far from the center of Madrid, but we like the neighborhood and don't mind taking the intercity train to Sol station (25 mins door to door).

The room we had was very nice, very clean. We didn't expect a kitchenette but there was one which we loved. It also had a washing machine which proved very useful to our stay and convenient. The receptionist was very, very helpful, before our stay, during and after. Everything was very nicely decorated and the bathroom was lovely. The hotel was located very close to the train station, making it convenient to get into central Madrid, as well as being very close to a number of restaurants and takeaways.

One thing that was missing was a kettle which would have been useful. The water temperature in our shower was very sporadic - at times it would be extremely hot and would not get cool in time, and vice versa.

Very clean and well-maintained! The owner, Christian, went above and beyond to accommodate our stay, even lending us metro cards to use during our stay. The unit was exactly what we needed and the neighborhood peaceful—farther from the city so if you’re trying to see a lot of different places, definitely time your visits accordingly. We got around by bus & metro with no problem. We were so comfortable during our stay and would recommend this hotel, especially if you’re in Madrid for more than one night!

We did a road trip through europe and this was by far the best place we stayed at. Exceptional value for the money and the staff were a 10/10. Every request was met immediately and with a smile (for example we asked for a multi-plug and they brought us one not 10 minutes later without charge, another time we needed whipped cream late in the evening and for a small charge the friendly man at the reception got some for us quickly) We felt so good there that we extended our stay for a few nights, which was luckily possible and they even gave us a rate better than our original booking (which was a genius deal). If they had a chain in every city we’d always stay with them, cant compliment this stay enough.

No reason not to like this place

Greeted warmly by the staff. The room is equipped with basic cooking utensils, small refridgerator and washing machine. Cleanliness was good. The parking was available in front of the property. Parked our car near San Fermin Orcasur Metro station to go to Madrid city center.

There is washing machine inside the room, but the clothes come out damp after the washing cycle. Need to put on extra spin cycle to remove more moisture. However was not a big deal because I went to self service laundry for dryer only.

Very clean and organized. Have some nearby places to eat as well.

There were mosquitoes in the room.

The room is neat, clean and equipped with all necessary household appliances. The bed is very comfortable to sleep in. The staff is very polite and approachable and will give you all the necessary information, especially the gentleman at the reception. The connection with the city is very good, there is a Metro station or a commuter train nearby, so you can be in the city center in a maximum of half an hour.

Excellent apartments that were spotlessly clean and really spacious. Reception was welcoming and very informative. Apartment had lots of little extras that were unexpected but really appreciated. Kitchen roll, tissues, washing powder, washing up liquid, salt and olive oil are just some of them. Area is very residential with numerous local bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Apartment was just under 10 minute walk to tube station and journey was about 15 mins into centre of Madrid. There is also a bus stop just outside the apartments that take you into the centre. Our satnav took us past the apartment so we had to go round the block again. The sign with the apartment name on it blends in with the building so we almost missed it again. Apartments are next to a large Chinese restaurant and there is a small car park in front of it We used street parking initially and then moved into the apartment's underground car parking which was spacious and only 10 euros for 24 hours.

Nothing

Wow! This place was a surprise. It is very new. The bed is extremely comfortable and the rooms are much larger than what the pictures suggests. Plus there is a coffee shop across the street that is open at 6:30 am, a chinese restaurant downstairs, a grocery store across the road and a great little bar-restaurant around the corner. Took about 30 minutes to get from the airport to the location.

The only draw back was that I had to call a number to get the keys. If you don't have a phone that call. All you have to do is go into the Chinese restaurant to pick up the keys. They own the hotel.

Normally when you gey to an apartment, they don't even have napkins or some essentials to cook like salt, as you are not staying for long enough to buy this things, so you end paying for a take away and using toilet roll if you have not chance to go to a shop. ALIANZA SUITES provides you the essentials which is amazing and really nice. Everything was tidy, clean and looked after. And the staff member was super nice with us. Also parking space in Madrid is ESSENTIAL. Apartments big enough to br comfy even with 2 kids. We will repeat for sure.
