The Wi-Fi connection was stable and fast. The facility was well-equipped with a stove, dishes, a kettle, and a microwave, making it easy to cook your own meals. The location was excellent — close to Metro Line 3 and a bus stop, with a Mercadona supermarket nearby, also it was not so far away from Caja Magica. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel staff were very friendly and always ready to help.

1. The sound isolation in the studio was really AWFULL!!! You could hear everything happening in the neighboring room/studio, which made it feel like the neighbors were right there with us. 2. We stayed in a two-floor studio with two bathrooms. Unfortunately, the second-floor bathroom only had a small electric boiler (about 30 liters), which didn’t provide enough hot water for a proper shower. The hot water ran out after just 3-4 minutes. 3. Some of the staff could improve their English. It was difficult to communicate with them as their English was quite limited. 4. We were disappointed with the 5 EUR breakfast. It wasn’t a full breakfast but just a coffee with a toast or croissant, with nothing else included.

Hotel is in a very central location with a lot of amenities near by such as shopping mall, laundromat, pharmacies, etc. Staff was very friendly and facilitated our needs. They even gave great advice on tourist locations and food options and was always eager to assist. For me personally the room was a bit warm as the heating was on (November-December) but they were very helpful and gave me a fan :)

Staff were very welcoming, the cafe below/next door were very accommodating. Excellent stay at the 3bed apartment. Lovely double bed room on the ground floor, on the open top mezzanine floor, one single bed one one side and another double bed on the other side. One bathroom on the ground floor and one up on the first floor. It was self catering - basic kitchen utensils and microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster and a worktop ceramic hob cooker. No oven. Some frying pans, collinder, and pots so you make basic meals. I would stay here again. Thank you Miguel and the ladies in the café below.

The sofa - the cushions would slide off and was uncomfortable. The remote control for the TV needs a new battery. Otherwise very good accommodation.

This is a classic hotel that still has some charm and is reasonably renovated. The staff are friendly and the room itself is good. The bathroom is especially nicely renovated. It was also nice to have a small balcony. The metro stations weren't too far away to get to the many interest points in Madrid, and locally there were some very good international food options - a lot from Latin American countries.

Thr room was cleaned with a very strong perfume before we checked in. No big problem, but it would be better if the perfume use was reduced.

We did not expect very much, we were trying to find accomodation with good price with good location for two adults and one child and stayed for two nights. There were comfortable beds, working Tv, nice bathroom and kind and friendly personnel in the hotel. The location was very good, metro stations on every side of the hotel and different lines, safe area with shops around and few restaurants. Also shopping center right in the corner, but we didnt go there. And very good price, for which we mainly chose this hotel for our stay. Furniture was older, but mostly working as should.

Even the price for accomodation was very low, the view from window was very bad to inside part of the building, but this didnt bother us much. I was dissapointed about the closed for clothes, becouse the one there was not working. Inside this closet was only a small cabinet which usually you use next to your bed and that was all the area where you can put your clothes.

Transport is amazing. Metro into town is so convenient. Transfers for the airport and the zoo are easy to follow. Shopping center, lidl, bars, restaurants all withing 100m of the front door of the hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

The room makeup service is quite late in the afternoon which was a surprise but easy to work around.

staff friendly, location pretty good, fairly cheap although basic. 2 beds, a tv and a bathroom which was fine for my needs.

When I originally booked this hotel it said it was a continental buffet breakfast but it isnt. Its a simple toast or pastry plus coffee and juice breakfast, served in attached restaraunt. Fine if you want something quick although the staff are a little slow as it always seems busy.

We rented a three bedroom apartment through the hotel. We thought it was at the main hotel, when we arrived, we found out it was at an annex building. The apartment was like new and had Ikea furniture and other stuff. It was very clean and comfortable for a base for our visit to Madrid. Would definitely recommend.

Not knowing at the start that it was at an annex building. When we arrived at the hotel with our luggage, we found that we had to walk about 500 meters to get to building, the distance wasn't the issue. What was the issue was 300 of the 500 meters was up hill. We were able to do it but if we had known, would have had taxi drop us off at building vice hotel. Other than that it was great.

Close to metro and bus, especially when you plan to go to Caja magica (tennis). Clean room, comfy bed, spacious shower. Simple but tasty breakfast on adjacent restaurant where you could order more if you wanted from their long breakfast menu. I arrived way ahead of check-in time but jus needed to store my luggage somewhere so that I could leave for tennis matches. They ket me do that in a latge stirage room where I could change, use bathroom etc.

-one bed wasn't comfortable as the mattress is old and weary. It felt like sleeping in a u-shaped bed
