I've lived in many places in the world I've visited even more places I've met even more people But NEVER EVER in my life, I met anyone like Damian, the HOST of this place. He's ALWAYS taking care of you, offering food and drinks, taking you out to visit places in the city, having very nice and interesting chats with you It's really something I can't explain with words. You REALLY have to come and experience it on your own so you'll understand what I'm taking about

All the bad comments that have been said about the property pr the host. These people didn't really realized how lucky they were being in this environment where the other guests great you like if you were a part of their group of friends

This place knocked me off my feet! You instantly feel like you are at home. The host is generous and caring and friendly. I could wash my clothes there free of charge which would have cost me 10 euro. Breakfast was included and very substantial and I had about 4 coffees, again that would have cost me 10 euro! Personally I this this place undercharged for the hospitality and accommodation I received. Love from Ireland

There is nothing I didn't like

Very friendly, as soon as I entered the hostel, the fella offered me coffee and egg's and what not else, but after being on a bus for 9 hrs and 20 mins, I wanted to stretch my legs, the walk from the bus station to the Hostel takes about 30 mins, not bad if you're getting a flat ass for 9 plus hrs, anyone asks me for a hostel to stay in Madrid, I'd definitely say this one, one of the best hostels from Booking.com.

Can't think of anything to say what I didn't like, place was brilliant, and it's not to far from bar's, restaurants and shop's.

I took the bedroom with breakfast for 4 nights, got 3 keys - room, flat and building, which makes you completely independent of your schedule. The street is super quiet! The bed and sheets were comfy. There was always hot water. Breakfasts were amazing. Damian (the host) is taking this business very seriously and is doing everything to make his guests comfortable!

Location is a bit off the center

Argentinian host, super welcoming. Made my whole stay feel like I was staying at a family member's place. Daniel, the host, made sure to clean the space even on the weekend! He is a lawyer who studied a lot of History, so he has many interesting historical facts to share

Everything was great, really. The host is layback and generous, the location is good, everything was very clean, a lot of stuff available for breakfast... I definitely recommend, probably one of the best places to stay at in Madrid, especially for this price. Thank you again for having me!

Nothing

Very welcoming and chatty host Damien :) I have had opportunity to meet other guests, and had an interesting conversation in the evening. I have had an opportunity to try delicious neapolitan cuisine. Cozy room in good location, 10 minutes in walk to metro station and 35 minutes to Atoche bus station.

A relatively centrally located, clean and comfortable accommodation in Madrid. Ideal for solo travellers. Well equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. The host was very generous and hospitable.

It was very central, near a bus stop and metro station. The room was clean and the people very friendly. The best part was the owner - Damien - who was the definition of a good host. A great hostal!
