The staff was really nice and helpful. We were a group of five, so we almost had a room to ourselves. It was accessible from the street, so that was really nice. The breakfast was included in the price. Every bed had a curtain, and every bed had an assigned locker. Every bed had its own light and plug. They called me after the stay to ask if everything was to our liking. I was able to leave my backpack at the reception for the afternoon after the check-out. The location was perfect!

The floor was not 100% clean, but nothing too bad. One of the lockers was a bit broken. The padlocks they rent can all be opened with the same key. The lights work with a motion sensor and turned on a lot during the night, when someone moved a curtain. The lights are above the people who sleep in the upper bunk beds, so for them it was quite hard to have a good sleep. One of the sheets was stained, it was obviously an old stain but it might be better to throw it away anyways. As far as I'm aware they don't really offer activities or possibilities to connect with other travellers, but as we were a group of friends anyways we only needed a place to stay, and for that it was perfect.

The staff were really nice, I spilt a drink on the bed & the receptionist changed the sheets without a problem. The lady at the breakfast bar was really nice & helpful. The beds had a privacy curtain and rooms were not overcrowded. The location is great with good transport links . Breakfast is a bonus & was fine

My only criticism would be that the door codes change every day or so & there wasn't any communication to let me know the new code I was locked out a few times, the last been quite stressful as it was on my day of travel. Secondly the shower kept overflowing water which went o to the room. The bathroom needs a lock, especially as it's a shared mixed dorm room.

Staff who been waiting for me on my arrival are extremely cind and friendly with a lot of tolerance and respect. I have some troubles while I was traveling and they helped me a lot :) Bed is comfortable with curtain for some privacy and street is quiet, that you can have great night sleep. There are some nice & quiet places next door where you can have your meal or drink. Also location is excellent as there are a lot of “places to visit” on walking distance and metro and train stations are very close to the place.

Free breakfast included, very spacious dining room. There's only a microwave; if you bring your own food, you can heat it up. They don't have a kitchen or refrigerator to store food, but the dining room is open 24 hours a day, which is nice.

Very friendly staff who spoke good English. They were very helpful and they run a very good hostel. It was very secure and spotlessly clean with coded security doors and a recreation area where I found it very comfortable to work. Very good value for money. I'll definitely be coming back.

The accommodation is very central. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Directly at the hostel is also a flea market every Sunday. Everything is very clean and the cleaning staff cleans once a day. The beds are also very clean and super comfortable.

The breakfast is not first class, very basic but good coffee, tea chocolate, toast, bread, rolls butter, jam and FREE. All the staff at the hostel and reception are pleasant and competent. The receptionists are all young men with good common sense, helpful...especially Ari and Cristian. They deal intelligently with people, very good manners and customer service.

Nice price and location. the cleaning lady is super nice to guests.

Since the lady from the reception left, the new staff seems to have forgotten how to treat people. I asked whether it was possible to get a lower bed as it was an empty bed below the one I was assigned to and they told me it was already assigned. No one used it in my entire stay.

They were very friendly, allowed me to keep my bag in the reception both before checking in and after checking out

My only complaint is that there's no one at the reception between 6 AM to 9 30 AM. I had to come back to check out and return my keys

Very close to everything. Only walking distance to the main city centre. Pretty comfortable and good that each bed had its own curtains. Staff were very friendly and let us sit in reception out of the sun when we were early.

We were in the middle of a heat wave so it was very very hot. No air conditioning in the room, only a fan which wasn’t enough throughout the day. Shower was a little bit smelly
