Lovely, clean, comfortable apartment, metres from the metro where you can access all the sights and beauty that the city of Madrid has to offer. It's about 10 minutes by metro from the centre. Lift in building so no climbing stairs. Ideal for a short stay.

We really had no issues with the apartment, the location itself doesn't offer a lot but we were delighted to find this apartment only the day before going to Madrid as an apartment we had initially booked cancelled last minute..I think it worked out better in the end! We just headed for metro every day and went sightseeing!

They had turned the heating on for us prior to arrival so when we walked in, after a 15 min walk from the train station, we entered a nice warm apartment. It was nice and clean, they left a kids package with cleaning supplies, bin bag, toilet paper and chocolates on the pillows!

Only negative I would have to say is that you can hear a metro pass by every 10 mins or so. We didn’t care as we weren’t staying in the apartment long, but I can imagine it’s not the nicest if you’re looking for a longer stay.

When I read the reviews on here I was slightly sceptical, in reality i really really enjoyed it there, I don’t get some of the indifferent reviews about this place, as a nice place to stay for a short time I couldn’t of picked a better place.

There’s nothing I didn’t like, apart from maybe some more homeware things could’ve been good, but that’s at a push if I’m really getting picky and harsh

Great location, spacious apartment with good facilities.

The heating was turned up to full in every room with what seemed like no way to turn it down, so we had to sleep with all the windows open which made it hard to sleep as there was construction work happening in the street from early in the morning. It’s not easy to communicate with them either, as you’re connected to a bot and can’t directly speak to someone.

Excellent location. The hosts were extremely helpful. Value for money. Spacious lounge. Well equipped kitchen. Cramped bedroom and bathroom but more than adequate and manageable. Can fully recommend this property and exceptional host.

As mentioned above the bathroom and bedroom were a little cramped but nothing you can do about that. It was comfortable and clean.

Lovely comfortable very clean apartment. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Decent sized bedrooms. Great location, easy to get to attractions. Good taps bars close by.

Sockets and light in 2nd bedroom poorly situated. Minimum kitchen equipment with no toaster or tea towel.

Stunning apartment in fabulous location. Loved the decor. Lovely light and views from the living room and bedroom. Loved the little balconettes off both rooms. Great light and super comfortable bed. Truly good value for money. And The lift is out of a movie!! Loved it all!!

A bit of a smell in the bathroom. Small bathroom but it’s Madrid! Everything else was fabulous.

proximity to the city center was great. they were able to get us in 2 hours earlier than we expected. it was a good fit for the three of us. The elevator in the building was very helpful for packing suitcases up four flights of stairs.

the location is good, and it was easy to find the apartment/ detailed instructions helped to avoid extra questions

I expected 2 blankets as I stated that travel not alone, there was no regulation of heating

Location, location, location. Close to everything, 10 minutes walk to city centre. Everything near by. Close to station.

Not a real complain, the aircon was under so much heat stress, didn't work properly after a while.
