We enjoyed our stay and would choose it again for a future visit to Madrid. Great location, walking distance to important landmarks (Museo Reina Sofia, Prado, etc.). There are metro stations nearby - very easy to get to the hotel and get around town. There are several different grocery stores nearby as well. The hotel is not huge, there are only a handful of rooms, but for us it's what made it great. The room was comfortable with walk-in shower. Friendly and helpful staff should be mentioned. A bottle of complimentary water in the room is a nice touch. You could leave your luggage on the last day after check out. We took the metro to the airport as well, very convenient.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded and our room was very spacious - very clean, comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The air conditioning (much needed) was super efficient and quiet. The staff were lovely - spoke very good English and were welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is a 2 star rating but feels much more than that. Little extra touches of coffee available in the small dining area and a welcome glass or fizz were really appreciated. We also liked that you could only enter the hotel main door with your own room key which gave added security. A great stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how peaceful and relaxing the atmosphere was. The cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable, and every corner of the hotel reflected care and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The hotel's location was another highlight—situated in a vibrant neighborhood that was full of energy, yet the hotel itself offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. It was the perfect balance of excitement and tranquility. I couldn’t have wished for a better stay in Madrid, and I’m already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

It was the best choice for us based on the Hotel location. we walked around and enjoyed. We went outside and Uber/tax was readily available. bus/metro was within reach. the continental breakfast buffet was good, we enjoyed it . The coffee machine broke down on our first morning, BUT the Front desk/ receptionist was very kind to accommodate and gave us the coffee that we so needed for our morning. she was very helpful. All the receptionist were very accommodating. |we had 2 excellent ladies. on different days. the rooms were neat & clean. it was serviced everyday.

The staff was very friendly and professional, always helpful and welcoming. The value was very good for the comfort that is provided by the hotel. The rooms were modern with up-to-date amenities. I highly recommend this place for a few nights in Madrid.

The location was quite central but not in a very authentic neighborhood and quite near the Atocha train station that is not as 'pretty' as the historical center. The breakfast was not included but cost 10 EUR. We did not order it but could see it from other customers and we believe it could be improved with better ingredients.

Friendly and extremely helpful staff with excellent English if required. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They helped us acquire football tickets, suggested restaurants and helped with transport plans. Its location is central and easy to get around. The rooms were fresh and clean. The coffee machine was also fantastic.

Needed a bit of chill time and couldn’t get English subtitles on the tv. Very minor issue as the internet was excellent and I was able to read/watch things on my phone.

For a two star hotel, this gem of a place offers a phenomenal service to its guests. The staff are just fabulous, and such an asset to the business. Javier, in particular, is a happy, friendly young man who goes to great lengths to provide as much information as possible to every guest. The map with directions to places to visit, plus the additional booklet from the owners, is just a brilliant idea. Housekeeping was exceptional, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. My room was a good size, with a small (useable) balcony to the front of the hotel and was very comfortable. I liked the separate shower, toilet combo...a very clever use of space. Tea and fresh water available in the room, with more water, coffee, tea, biscuits and wine downstairs in the small lounge area. Loved the local art on display (and for sale), such a wonderful way to support local talent. Great location, with plenty of amenities close by.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Madrid! I liked everything about this place: the location very close to Atocha station, to Lavapies metro stop, to a lot of good restaurants and attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful, room spacious, clean and very comfortable. The coffee machine available any time of night and day was a very pleasant bonus and optional breakfast was more than adequate. I would absolutely stay here, if I am ever in Madrid again

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The receptionist - Easter was very accommodating, she catered to all our needs- getting us coffee ( the machine wasn't working the first day), getting us a taxi for our tours & helping us find the nearest ATM! The hotel smells so good - fresh & clean. The rooms are very spacious! The breakfast got us ready for the day! We would definitely come back! Thank you! ❤️

Art Trip hotel was a great experience. The room was quite spacious and even though the room faced the busy street, it was a quiet and relaxing stay. The room even came with a complimentary bottle of wine and water bottles! The staff were incredibly helpful, shared some local restaurants to explore and how to best take advantage of Madrid. I would stay here again.

To be honest, I liked everything. I would recommend to opt out for the breakfast. I believe it's only 10euros but it's quite minimal. You might as well go to the Carre Four across the street.
