Wonderful location close to the metro, lots of great coworking space, comfortable beds with blackout curtains + a spacious drawer underneath. If you’re a remote worker this is the perfect home base with no big social pressure (but meeting people is easy if that’s your goal! The hostel offers social events). I especially loved that the soundproof phone call closets were uncomfortable enough that people don’t stay there all day - so it’s easy to get in to make a call for an hour or so if you need to 😊 laundry was easy in the building, and the laundry machine also provided the detergent. Kitchen is cleaned daily and well kept - easy to make tea in the morning! Bathrooms are cleaned daily as well. Overall loved staying here - hope to be back next time I visit Madrid!

Had to pay to store my bigger suitcase in a locker, but I understand it!

The facilities are absolutely fantastic. The rooms are spacious, and the bunk beds offer a great deal of privacy. Since I had to work for a significant portion of my stay, I especially appreciated the common areas — the common areas provided comfy seats which were both inviting and practical. The place is spotless. The staff were constantly seen cleaning, especially in the shared toilets and kitchen, which were always well-maintained. The receptionists were helpful, efficient, and friendly. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made working remotely easy. Overall, the entire setup is thoughtfully designed with the traveler's comfort in mind. You really can't ask for more from a hostel.

The location - It’s in a neighborhood with a significant migrant population so unfortunately poverty is evident. The streets were dirty and had an unpleasant smell in some areas, and the overall sense of security wasn’t the best — but I personally didn’t experience any disturbances.

I like staying here as it was comfortable and there was a separate space to work as well as a kitchen to prepare food. There is a kettle, free filtered water and a fridge to store your food. You can also buy a coffee and a pastry at the reception. The staff are very helpful and polite. The bathrooms were cleaned on regular basis and there was no rubbish lying around like in other hostels (maybe the tourists were more considerate towards others and cleaned after themselves)

The room felt a bit stuffy at times and there was no window to open to ventilate it. There was hardly any daylight in the room as it only had small windows located near the ceiling.

Great hotel in the center of Madrid! You can walk to the main attractions. There are many cafes and shops nearby. I was glad that the room was quiet. We took a family room with a double bed and two on the second tier for children. It was convenient. The room has everything you need, except for a refrigerator. But there are refrigerators in the common hall. There are also public washing machines, a place for eating and coworking. The hotel is modern - even the locks on the doors are digital. The Internet in the hotel is fast, convenient for work.

I didn't like that I had to fill in my information in the terminal when checking in. Usually they do this at the reception. But otherwise I liked everything.

Maika and June went out of their way to make my stay fabulous. I love the bed curtain which was block out. There are gaps so when the sensor lights come on having eye patches meant it did not affect me. The facilities are superbly clean. They have two wonderful ladies who clean daily and people work together to maintain the facilities. They had to handle a nationwide powercut and did so admirably. They had their maintenance guy unlock the doors so we could have access. There was no water at that time but there were taps in the plaza so I could fill up my waterbottle. I love that this hostel welcomes all ages so it has a great vibe.

Location is amazing, walking distance to all central districts yet on a quiet street. We had a premium double room ( with full bathroom) and it was just like a hotel room. You didn’t realize it was a hostel until you walked through it and saw all the young people. Very clean and recently renovated, this is a fantastic place where we stayed for four nights. Beds were comfortable, functioning and quiet ac and a room size perfect for 2 people. I had questions before the visit and got really fast and clear answers. A special thanks to Javi for being so service minded. Really a top notch place , hostels did not look like this when we were young!

Everything about this hostel is perfect, and it has truly evolved into something even greater since my last visit. The manager, Maika, stood out with her excellent customer service, courteous behavior, and genuine helpfulness. This was my second stay in Madrid, and after coming back a year later, I had no doubt that I would return here. What impressed me even more was seeing how much the hostel has grown and improved under such strong management. Maika deserves special appreciation for the welcoming environment she has created. Small but thoughtful gestures made a big difference — like offering water at reception on a hot day and even providing me with several band-aids when I mentioned having a shoe bite. It’s these little details that truly enhance the overall customer experience and make guests feel cared for. I wanted to handover few chocolates and flowers to her but she wasn’t working the next day early morning as a thankful gesture for her hospitality.

It was a great hostel, with comfortable beds with curtains, which is almost necessary for me, and really clean. They also offer towels which is a plus! The personnel was very helpful, when needed. I think it is a great option for someone visiting Madrid!

The lockers were big enough but in my case, the locker was blocked by a column so it couldn't be opened completely, which made its use a bit uncomfortable. The automatic procedure of self-check in was not yet totally functional: I received the check in email with my passcode on the last day of my 4-day stay, just an hour before receiving the check out procedure mail. Finally, I was not a fan of the fact that you had to pay for your luggage storage after the stay, a service usually offered, even if it stated beforehand.

Really nice hostel - super clean with great amenities and helpful staff. The pods give privacy in the large rooms and are comfortable with a charger and small shelf. Towel was free which was nice and the staff tried their best to accommodate us when we asked to move beds sue to a very loud snorer. Kitchen and common areas are nice, with fridges and storage for food. Bathrooms were always very clean, hot showers with good water pressure and hair dryers available Good location and great value for money, definitely one of the nicer hostels I've stayed in.

Only downside was no stovetop for cooking which we noticed only after buying pasta. The kitchen is small but does have ovens and microwaves.

This hostel has everything you need with a decent kitchen, plenty of lounge space, comfy bunks with their own lights, outlets, storage drawers and curtains, etc. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. The bathrooms were very clean and the whole place was aesthetically pleasing.

My biggest complaint was that this was a bit of a party hostel. People weren’t really respecting any sort of quiet hours, which isn’t necessarily in control of the hosts generally speaking, but there was a hosted bar crawl that started in the hostel at like 10:30pm. They were playing loud music that could be heard from my room and I had to get up very early for a flight so it was not appreciated. This was only an issue on Friday night, though.
