great location, comfortable bed, friendly staff and very clean 2nd stay would highly recommend close to Plaza Mayor and great Sunday Market close by

Comfort and facilities of the room, breakfast and location.

Everything has been ok.

We had a wonderful stay in this fabulous hotel last week for 4 nights, great air con throughout, breakfast was superb, everything you could ask for, both hot and cold.. Rooms were very clean and spacious and the inclusion of a mini fridge was great for keeping drinks cold. Tea and coffee provided as well.. Bed was super comfy.. Couldn't get to use the pool as it was always packed but we will definitely stay here again.. Location was great, ten min walk to plaza Major, supermarket right next door and metro at bottom of street. Thanks for a great stay.. Highly recommend 👍😁

Pool area and terrace very busy

The Donuts were phenomenal. The mushrooms onions w/ Tabasco olive oil soft cheese fried eggs w/ ham & turkey lactose free milk i can't name them all were extraordinary. The jam w/ toast great. Fridge was a bonus w/ complementary water. The thermostat worked perfectly, best hotel I stayed in regards to thermostats. Easy to function. Having a window in the washroom is great too.

I do wish the fridge was a little colder. I wish there was a fan in the toilet & the remote only goes to 10 decibels. I understand you don't want the volume too loud for other guests, But 10 is a little too low. I think it should be at least to 15. Other than that it's excellent.

Very good location with lots of buses at 100mts and the metro at about 4 minutes walk (alas 5 flights of stairs with no elevator, use the bus if you cannot stomach it). Friendly and helpful staff, very very quiet at this time of year and very good price to quality ratio. Rooms were renovated a month ago, so they are in a prefect condition and exactly as pictured. Wonderful breakfast at a very large and comfortable hall and especially friendly and helpful dining room staff. Parking not cheap as everywhere in Madrid but it is there, if you need it

Floor has not been swept when we move in and was never swept during our stay. Upper shelves for clothes had dust. Please don't let little things like this spoil your rating.

This is the best value I have seen in a 3 star hotel. The breakfast buffet was huge and multi-cultural. The staff, especially on the desk were polite and helpful at all times. The pool was open, a little smaller than anticipated, but never crowded and had a lifeguard on hand. And in ten to 15 minutes you can walk into the centre of the city.

One night there was noise in the street as a theatre/dance hall spilled. Nothing to do with the hotel, and the police came quickly to disperse people.

The hotel's location was excellent. It was a few minutes walk from tourist streets, restaurants, and taxi stations (a taxi from the hotel to the airport is fixed at EUR 33,00 and around 30 minutes). There are diverse express supermarkets and drugstores nearby. The bathroom is good, and the bed is comfortable. I'm traveling at the end of May, so the temperature is pleasant (15 to 26), including in the room.

The room's price is fair, but there are cheaper rates in that region.

We loved this hotel. It is so well situated just a short walk from all the beauty of old Madrid and its stunning architecture but so quiet and peaceful. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable with sound proofing from outside and blackout curtains. There is a lovely roof terrace with a small pool. The bar in the hotel and well stocked and there is a restaurant.

Disappointingly the restaurant wasn’t open in the evenings

The rooms are quite spacious and beds comfortable. Everything is clean and the aircon worked well. Bathroom was good size with plenty of water at a good pressure. Toiletries were good. The breakfast was nice with a decent choice. Staff at reception were very helpful. It was really nice to sit in the roof area in the nice weather and enjoy a dip in the huge jacuzzi. We slept well facing away from street and the quiet suited us.

Not a lot of space to hang up clothes but that was minor.

From arrival at the hotel we got a very positive impression, the reception staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern with everything needed. The bathroom contained a large double shower and overall was scrupulously clean.

The hotel could either include an iron in the room or as in others I’ve been to have a dedicated ironing room. I realise they offer this service but when you’re travelling on a budget this isn’t always an option. But overall that was a very minor problem.
