Clean and spaceous room. Very comfortable bed. Room was heated very fast. Excellent location, metro station was just across the street. Good WiFi signal all over the room.

The view from the room wasn't good - one could only see the wall of the building 5 meters away. But it didn't bother us because we were in the room only during sleeping time.

Hotel location was great for walking to various attractions and restaurants. Staff were friendly, efficient and spoke English, which was nice. Room was small, but I expected that. Bathroom was decent size. Beds were comfortable. The hotel had a nice café across from the front desk, with coffee, sandwiches and pastries.

My only complaint is that there are 5 parking spots in front of the hotel for loading/unloading luggage and actual parking. These were full when we arrived, so we had to wait for someone to leave. I believe they can be used for overnight parking of guests, which limits people at check-in and check-out.

Excellent location, close to the centre and well connected by public transport, but calmer than the super touristic central area. Bus stations and a metro line are about 2 mins away. Taxi station in front of the hotel. A number of restos, neighborhood supermarkets and pharmacies are within walking distance. Room was decent size and very clean, most of the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was ok.

Only a minor recommendation: would be nice to add 1-2 additional shelfs in the bathroom.

The Hotel is 20 m away from Metro station Puerta di Toledo and 500 m away from La Latina quarter with restaurants bars, night life, a market and shops. The hotel allows 12 pm check out and they have a storage room so we left our bags until late at night when we had the flight, for no extra charge. The room and the bed were extra confortable and clean, the breakfast was good and the hotel seems new, way beyond 3 stars.

The best thing about this hotel is the manager Gonsalo. He is simply amazing— the perfect balance of professional and kind. Any hotel would be lucky to have him on the staff.

The space is actually quite loud, pretty much whichever room you get. You can always hear your neighbors going into their rooms, coming back from partying in the middle of the night, or even just talking quietly as they walk down the hall. I found it difficult to sleep deeply in this setting.

The location is wonderful. It is right near a metro station and only a 20 minute walk to most of famous sights and museums of Madrid. There is also a taxi stand in front of the hotel. The room was nice and comfortable. Free breakfast was available every morning. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, plus they could speak English . Finally they do have a bar that serves beverages and food most of the day.

Like many places the bar/restaurant needs more help at least in the evenings when I go there. I applaud how hard the young man and woman worked to serve everyone. Out of the 3 times I ordered food, it was ok, but the chicken sandwich consisted of pressed chicken, including gristle. The waffle fries were not crispy and cold.

The location was perfect, next to the metro and bus station. For a couple over 65 years of age the location, having a metro station and a bus stop just a few meters away from the main entrance to the hotel, was just great!

My wife would have been happier if there was an extra blanket, but we did not ask for it because the room itself was comfortable and warm.

Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Good location. Cafe bar good.

Location is very good, really good place to start your exploration of Madrid. Close to Restro Market and easily able to walk to city center. Lots of nice restaurants close by. Hotel was very clean, staff was very nice :) I like the incentive of getting a free drink per person if you choose to not have the room cleaned - it's a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to Madrid
