The wifi worked well when recived signal, but in most parts of the room it was very weak and could not be used unless we were in specific spot. However it worked well in the loby.

your staff is amazing. I mostly dealt with Carlos and Christian and they are fabulous. They were friendly, went out of their way to help when needed.

I had an issue with the shower leaking all over the room. Thinking it had been repaired the first day it happened again on the second. However, the staff again were amazing and quickly moved me into another room and all was well. The building is old and things break down as can be expected but again the staff were quick to respond and take care of me.

Location was close to the Latina but it was not noisy. That was very comfortable. Even in the night when we opened the windows.

It looked a bit old, but it is fine.

All the staff were so kind, they gave us important details of Madrid, thank you a lot! The facility was so perfect

Location excellent and quiet.

Air conditioning was a bit hard to regulate but not terrible.

The hotel is close to the city center and the major tourist attractions.

There was an issue with the bathroom sewage and when we took a shower the water was overflowing on the floor, plus the beds were a little squeaky

Great location everything is available in walking distance and Madrid as a city is an amazing place

Just missing a kettle in the rooms but i don't think they have them in Spain

Kind and helpful staff. Good location to eat, stroll anything. 2nd time in Madrid and same choice for me. I hope they have loyalty policy :)

Well located hostel in Madrid. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Bit expensive for what it is, the room was really small but fine for a night.

Location is very good!

Everything is good except that the wifi signals in our rooms are quite weak with constant disconnection.
