The Location was perfect, close to many must visit landmarks and restaurants in Madrid and it was a quiet neighborhood. The room was super clean and comfortable, came with everything I needed. And the staff was super helpful and friendly!

Sadly the rooms werent soundproof as advertised, every night I heard people arrive in their rooms and be loud. Even the cleaning personel in the morning, despite them trying to be quiet. I was woken up by others almost every night. Also my friends got a different room and mine was A LOT better, its a bit of a gamble which one you get.

Location was great and it had air conditioning also nice touch to have it cleaned and fresh towels on the third day

We struggled to get in you have to download an app and access through that but found it a bit exasperating when we arrived at 11.45pm and struggled to access the door not sure what you were would do if you had no internet and personally I would have liked a kettle in the room so I could have had a coffee in the morning without having to get dressed and go out

Location! I worried a little of this choice after reading some comments here, but actually I was surprised when we came in. Yes, it's a tiny room (you can see a size of it while booking) but it's lovely and at the heart of Madrid. It was clean You have so many places to reach and explore just by 5-10min of walking. We had a wheelchair accessible room and it was perfect for us, considering our travel with a wheelchair.

For Wheelchair accessible room would be great to have a wider table so the person can roll in under it. The one that was in the room was too narrow. Water in the sink wasn't draining well, so although room was clean this have left with a little dirty feeling.

It’s located just near the tourist attractions and train stations. Restaurants are just nearby and grocery store ist just few meter away from the hotel and good thing if your flight back is too late and arrival to Madrid is too early, just leave your Bagage for free at their office and you don’t need to rent a locker within the city. Staff are also accommodating and friendly.

Value for money. Modern. Good storage. AC. Wood floors. Excellent location.

No hot water for 5 hours in the morning. Repetitive buzzing noise somewhere outside the property every 2 minutes (got fixed after it was reported). Cleaning happens once every 2 days. No proper shampoo so need to buy your own.

Property in an excellent location. It was very clean and was kept clean me staff throughout our short stay.

If there is loud people in the room next door or in the hall you can hear them fairly easily, however the room itself is on a quiet street for how central it is so this is worth the stay. The shower takes a long time to heat up. No fridge.

Staff were so lovely and helpful with anything we needed. Amazing location, walking distance to local attractions and metros. Beds comfy and had all facilities we needed.

Walls seemed quite thin as could hear lots of noise people coming in late at night. Room felt very hot and struggled to get aircon to work

Very quick responses on WhatsApp when there were issues. Also they were very kind.

We had a room right by the door which was very loud and every time a room near us flushed the toilet it made a really loud noise. We wore ear plugs every night which helped with this issue though.

It’s close location to the Plaza Major and the room was very comfortable and clean.

The ability to get into the building. You have to use an app and it wasn’t working and the codes weren’t working. The customer service was quick and good but it was a bit stressful. Also, the office is not onsite so for them to keep your luggage either before or after checkin/checkout, you have to lug it several blocks.

The location was right in the heart of the city which made it very convenient to walk everywhere. The room we were given in particular was quite small and had to squeeze into the shower. But apart from that, we enjoyed our stay!

It was a tight squeeze to get into the shower. The entrance was a little difficult to find at first but the communication on Whatsapp was helpful anyway.
