Excellent location, in the heart of the touristic area, almost all the touristic attractions can be reached pedestrian. Staff very empatic, ready to do everything for tourists. Very clean rooms, internet excellent, good quality of the beds, the check-in can be made via internet before arriving

during the night an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The breakfast even divers has nothing locally flavour (and the spanish cuisine is wooowww!!!), it's exactly the same as in 1000 other hotels around the globe (omlette, ham, yogurth, fruits, sausage, several types of cheese, coffee, tea,etc). I want to be clear, nothing bad, all products are fresh, the staff was very polite but my expectations were to find also local dishes for breakfast.

Perfect location. I didn't realize the hotel was in the heart of where we wanted to be and right across the street from a Mercado! The room (109) was in the back of the hotel & mostly quiet. It overlooked an alley/street but not the main street. I like that we could open the windows to bring in fresh air. The bathroom was larger than I expected so I was very happy!

I have no complaints. One note, though: we traveled from the USA and have been to Europe several times so know what to expect with hotel sizes and differences between US hotels & Europe hotels. If you are coming from the US, please understand that hotels here are generally different, mostly smaller rooms, so be prepared and don't complain. Just enjoy your time here. This is a wonderful hotel and is a great choice!

A special thank you to Jose Miguel in your night reception team. Stupidly I left my phone in the taxi when we arrived at the hotel, and could track its location from my other device. Jose was so helpful. He started calling taxi companies to find the driver who had dropped us off. He also called my lost phone number and successfully spoke to the taxi driver who then returned to the hotel with my phone. Jose was an absolute superstar and could not have done more to help. Jose fully deserves to get the recognition. THANK YOU Jose 👏👏👏👏

Breakfast was very basic for the price paid.

Perfect and very convenient location, just a few steps from Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel. Small market next door (Carrefour Express) open until midnight. Great breakfast! We were 4 adults with large suitcases, stayed at the family room with bunk beds, it was very spacious even with all the suitcases open on the floor. Comfortable beds and pillows, great shower with large towels. There's a safe and mini fridge inside the room. They have their own Parking at the same building, definitely a plus. I loved this hotel, will for sure recommend it and stay there again in the future!

Small repairs needed at the room's walls and lighting, but it did not compromise the stay at all.

Bathroom was amazing. Large, spacious, modern, clean. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food. Location is amazing and staff extremely helpful

We had a room with bunk beds for the kids... however, the bunk beds were set too high, way too high. The lowest bunk was already around 30cm higher than a normal bed. I had to climb in. The top bunk was around 2m high. My kids were too afraid to go up there and i was too afraid to let them up there. At the end, we ended up with one adult sleeping on the bottom bunk, with the other adult sleeping with the two kids on the double bed.

This is a good hotel in a very good location. Convenient for many sites and loads of restaurants and bars nearby. Madrid is a very busy and noisy city and despite being right across from Plaza Major, this hotel remains calm and quiet. The staff are exceptional - professional, friendly and helpful. I'd also like to commend the room cleaning staff who do a splendid job. Breakfast is good and varied - eggs, bacon, breads, pastries, fruits, cheese etc. There's a little supermarket just next door - handy to stock up on drinks and snacks. Definitely recommend this hotel.

There is a kettle in the room but no cups or coffee/tea. The staff were more than happy to provide these when asked but I'd have preferred it if these items were already in the room.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of options to choose from. We can not speak more highly of the staff here. They were always friendly and helpful. They were very kind to allow us an early check in and as we had an early departure they also kindly allowed us to enjoy the buffet breakfast early. The bedroom wasn’t huge but adequate space for luggage and separate area to sleep. We requested a quiet room and they certainly delivered. We never heard traffic noise or other guests. The shower was a good size but size of the bathroom was compact. The property is a short walk to Metro train stations and a 10/15 minute taxi ride from the Central Madrid train station. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Madrid. Highly recommended.

The location was a 5 minute walk from the Royal Palace, 15 minutes to the Prado, and 1 minute from the Plaza Mayor, so perfect. The room was roomy and comfortable, the staff most helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent and located in a roomy and pleasant environment. The woman running the breakfast buffet was particularly pleasant and efficient.

I hate to criticize anything but this must be said….. the shower floor was very slippery and dangerous and needs to be addressed.

The bathroom was slightly lacking, shower closer had wide opening so bathroom area gets wet with shower; sink was too high and placed too forward, and because of sink placement the mirror is distant; lighting slightly inadequate. The bed was a standard double bed but rather on the small size.

The hotel is excellent for a short visit in Madrid. It's located in the very centre of the city just a short walk from Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace and the Cathedral. There are also lot of nice restaurants around and of course Mercado de San Miguel just across the street where you can find about 30 small places offering various tapas and drinks. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful (thanks Jorge and Aislinn). Our cosy room (307) was quite small, but had all you need for a few days visit: comfortable and wide double bed, minibar, desk and a spacious bathroom. The room was very clean as all the public spaces in the hotel. The breakfast was also good with quite a lot of warm and cold food including for example scrambled eggs, mini sausages, bacon, cold cuts, cheeses, veggies and fruits.
