The location was great! We were right in the old part of the city near all of the places we wanted to walk to and see. The apartment lobby was really cute, the staff was very nice and helpful. The place was clean. We loved this little apartment! We were snug but we fit 2 adults and 2 kids in there.

There was a faint scent of fish in the fridge but it didn't really impact our stay. This isn't necessarily a ding on the place but be aware that you're right in the thick of where people tour and eat since there are restaurants everywhere. Therefore you can hear people into the night. Honestly, I am a light sleeper and I brought a small noise machine and I was just fine.

The place was clean, comfortable beds, good air-con, 2 x balconies, great central location with plenty of squares, tapas bars, food market, shops and other sights nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially to our four year old son, who loved chatting to them every time we entered and exited the building. Organising access out of hours was a breeze which was much appreciated as our flight arrived quite late. We were also able to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out so we could explore the city a bit more before flying home. Highly recommend

The only thing I could really say is that the kitchen area could have been better stocked. There were minimal plates, glasses, cutlery etc but we just about got by. But this is really only a small bone of contention and we felt it mainly because our son has allergies so we had to prepare a lot of food at the apartment. Normally in Madrid you would eat out a lot more so this wouldn't be an issue.

Our apartment was just as pictured. Newly renovated ikea-feeling rooms in an old building that had several similar apartments and central reception. The building has very thick walls and small high windows- so no outside noise even thought it's a busy area (although very little vehicle traffic right outside). My teenagers slept on the pull out couch and they said it was comfortable! (As was the actual bed). Plenty of side chairs for when the sofa was pulled out. Great shower. We didn't use the kitchenette, but it seemed well-equipped. This location is almost directly across from Mercado San Miguel which was super convenient, but also a busy zone. But inside the building was like an oasis. Very quiet. Helpful front desk. When we arrived we weren't quite sure where to go - look for the enormous old wooden door.

Just a little hard to know where entrance was, but maybe that was just us being new to Madrid. Directly across courtyard from "Amicas." Huge wooden doors, we just guessed on hitting the top buzzer and then a lovely person from reception was right at the door.

Position to the city centre was excellent, especially being opposite San Miguel markets and within walking distance of most sights. Much easier and more accessible to walk than to catch a bus as the traffic is very heavy. The apartment was lovely overlooking the Plaza del Miiranda but considering how close it was to everything, it was still very quiet. Plenty of room. We were there during the power outage in Spain but the staff there were extremely helpful and accommodating since we arrived so late. Always very friendly and willing to help in any way.

It would have been nice to have washing facilities and to access the carpark there were lifts but still stairs to access the lifts. Also the carpark is quite narrow (as are the streets) so you wouldn't want to have a large car.

The location is awesome!!! Very near to the centre of the city. Near to the historical centre also. Supermarkets are real close, also there are a lot of places to eat near by. The apartment is really good. I recommend this place really hard to everyone who is going to visit Madrid. The staff is helpful, the cleaness is very good. There is a kitchen which you can use if you want to make your own food. The furniture is cool. The beds are really comfortable!An awesome place! The door of the building is from 18 th century. Really exciting!!!

The place is in an unbeatable location but a bit hard to locate if you come with car. The manager lady was very helpful, quick, and professional to handle some issues. we considered her services were the true value of the property. The other lady Paula kept calling us two days before we arrived, to ask us to try to get there before 5pm, (which is very annoying) and seemed wanted to leave sooner than our ETA 8pm, but she did wait for us after we argued the check in time is until 9pm and we definitely needed help with the parking situation.

The Gate was too narrow for cat to go through, and the sensor didn’t work , there were always crowds in front of the gate and the building, it eventually caused minor scratches on our car when we left and it was very stressful to get in and out. If those issues improved, still recommend to come back.

Great location - it was near the food court market Mercado de San Miguel. Only 30-45 min away from the airport by taxi. A few restaurants were located downstairs. But it was still very quiet and safe at night. The building itself was historic, which is very intriguing. The apartment was neat, clean and spacious. The wifi works well. The sign says that hot water is limited but we had no problem with that at all. The supply was quite sufficient. The staff were very friendly. We had issues opening the safe to take our keys because of a late check-in, and the lady who answered our call was very patient and helpful.

The location of the apartment is amazing, close to all the main attractions, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Picking up the keys was also very easy.

There was occasionally an unpleasant smell in the shower, and since the upper-floor windows are positioned quite high, it was difficult to get fresh air in. The both bedrooms AC also made some intermittent noises during the night, which made sleeping a bit less comfortable. The mattresses were on the firmer side, which might not suit everyone’s preference.

We were greeted warmly and the process was quick and easy. The apartment was a great size, lots of room, light and amenities with everything in working order and good conditions. The style and comfort was modern but in a historic building and in an ideal location for what we wanted to do while in Madrid.

Oddly there was a bit of grit/sand on the master bath shower floor. it didn't bother us but seemed that perhaps someone didn't clean up after doing some tile repairs or other maintenance. (guessing). The rest of the apartment was spotless.

Super easy clear instructions. The parking was a bonus although you must be expert driver (depending on your vehicle). The location is UNBEATABLE. The apartment was super clean. The AC was super strong. The staff is super honest , we lost a gold wedding band upon checkout day, and the cleaning crew were able to find it. The keys/ access code is very good detailed. Loved our stay. The area here is super safe especially experiencing it at 3AM. No awkward encounters, no one trying to harass you.
