The place is in an unbeatable location but a bit hard to locate if you come with car. The manager lady was very helpful, quick, and professional to handle some issues. we considered her services were the true value of the property. The other lady Paula kept calling us two days before we arrived, to ask us to try to get there before 5pm, (which is very annoying) and seemed wanted to leave sooner than our ETA 8pm, but she did wait for us after we argued the check in time is until 9pm and we definitely needed help with the parking situation.

The Gate was too narrow for cat to go through, and the sensor didn’t work , there were always crowds in front of the gate and the building, it eventually caused minor scratches on our car when we left and it was very stressful to get in and out. If those issues improved, still recommend to come back.

The location was perfect, near to everywhere. Staff on the reception were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and cosy (it would be much better if there was a balcony). I cam mention that the ac system was working perfectly, the bed was very comfortable and good size, there was always hot water. Amazing place to stay. I hope we come again in the future.

Most of the things were perfect. The only few things we didn't like. One is that the bad smell was coming from the bathroom, but probably this problem is happening everywhere in the city. The other is that they are supposed to leave some things in the kitchen like coffee, tea, sugar, etc. ( i think that are the basic things that almost every booking apartment or hotel is providing)

The location was superb, super clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also very quiet and the apartment was in excellent condition. If I come back I will most certainly reserve in the same place.

We got the attic and the ceiling was sometimes too low. I am 192 cm tall and I hit my head a couple of times and so did my wife. The sofa bed was not very comfortable but good enough for the kids. I also missed some hangers for the coats at the entrance.

10/10 loved this place. Before we even arrived they were communication forward which felt so welcoming especially when traveling to a new country. The rooms were lovely all a little different but super cute. Beds so comfortable- slept like a baby every night. Location is great for Madrid close enough to everything but quiet so you would never know. We will only stay here and will recommend to All

The location was perfect! The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The double bed in the bedroom was very comfortable; however, the sofa in the living room was not as comfy (for sleeping). The WiFi worked excellent in the living room but didn’t reach the bedroom. Staff was kind and helpful. The apartment was artistic, modern and well decorated. We can recommend it.

The wifi signal in the bedroom was weak.

Excellent location right n the heart of Madrid, close to a lot of restaurants, pubs, markets. The room was wonderful, very comfortable and clean. Kitchen has everything you need. The staff was very kind and helpful.

It was only a small problem, as the apartment was in an attic the ceiling was two low in some points. But this was the particularly charm of ”hhand an Leia” room :)

Location, room design were really good. Staff were happy to help us about anything.

When we tried to use the stairs, automatic switch sensors are not located well and does not turn on the lights when we are on stairs. Due to darkness my son just fell and injured his leg. I gave this feedback to the staff and hope they had modified the sensor to respond when someone approaches to stairs.

We were allowed to drop off luggage prior to check in which is a huge benefit over other rental locations. The location is amazing - you can walk to all of the desired tourist locations.

Location right by the good market and the square. Plenty of bars around ten minute walk to the palace

Hitting my head on the eaves. We were in the attic which looked great in the photos but it is tight getting out of bed.(not the floor space as this is plenty)I knew it was going to happen but only once so a bonus

A wonderful place to stay for a few days in Madrid! Super clean, super modern and spacious apartments. Each apartment has a theme, we stayed in the Maria and Pierre Curie which was lovely. Excellent bathroom, comfy beds and pleasant staff. Thanks for a great stay!
