The location is exceptional with varied and interesting cafes, bakeries and bars. Its a bit loud, but in a happening kind of way. You can walk from Atocha train station with a roller bag, if you're hardy, but metro is also near. It feels a little like the village in NYC and the pricing is excellent. I travelled alone and felt safe. I recommend.

The common area was awkward, and the hesitation on the lighting was also strange.

Great hostel with a very convenient location, close to the Plaza del Sol. Communicative place with convenient transport links and close to all attractions. The staff is very friendly. Clean rooms, the bathroom is equipped with the necessary consumables. Daily change of towels and cleaning. Our stay was wonderful and I hope to sit here again. I recommend!

I have no remarks

The location could not be better. Close to everything. Good cafe right downstairs for cappuccino & croissant or pretty much anything else you could want. Lots of restaurants and tapas places nearby. Only 5 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor and a few minutes to Plaza Sol and Metro. So perfect location. The room was small but had everything you need and was kept immaculately clean. I would stay there again if I ever return to Madrid.

The hostel has a great location, right in the middle of Madrid. The room is very clean and is being cleaned every day. The bed is very comfortable. The WC is a bit small, it could be challenging for bigger people. Our room had two balconies with great views.

We missed some glasses or silverware in the room. Also it would be nice to have a second mirror somewhere in the room.

The facility was in a great location, beds were acceptable, it was very clean and serviced us well. As you don’t visit locations to sit in a room it was very good and would recommend this facility to stay .

The beds could be more comfortable, the beds felt more like camp beds as you would expect in a hostel but could be improved . Nothing to complain about in the bigger picture .

The location was simply perfect, and the price was rodiculous cheap for how central it was. Room was small but with good storage and clean

One of the beds wasn't very comfortable and we couldn't control the heating..it would switch on in the middle of the night and get the room quite warm, but other than that it was perfect.

The location was well located approximately a minutes walk from the plaza mayor. The room was clean and quiet at night. Staff attended within a few minutes when we arrived and also when one of our room keys stopped working. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again.

location was incredible, and in fact, this was the second time we've stayed at this hotel. The room was just fine. It was also very clean. We were very pleased with the staff because we were delayed due to an airline glitch, and she stayed very late for us (1:00 a.m.!)

Nice place in the centre of Madrid, very near to the beautiful Plaza Mayor, to Puerta del Sol, Gran via etcc... Lots of coffee shops in Plaza de Santa Cruz, where you can have your breakfast.

The bathroom was very little, but no problem if you stay for a few days

The location, minutes from both the Plaza Major and Puerto Del Sol, was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The bedroom size was acceptable with comfortable beds however the layout of the room, particularly the en-suite could be better.
