Excellent location right in the heart of Madrid. Very easy to get around and visit places of interest. Metro trains close by. The apartment was spacious and had plenty of room for luggage. We loved the balcony that overlooked the bustling city st, the air conditioning was much appreciated due to the warm weather and the kitchen was adequate for our short stay. It was a bonus having a lift in this older style building given that we were on the 4th floor and had two suitcases to manage.

The entrance to the building was rather disappointing and looked drabby. There were mattresses resting up against walls on each floor, there were rubbish bins on one of the floors, overflowing with rubbish for several days until it was emptied. This created an offensive smell and made the property look 'uncared for'. Other bins and cleaning equipment was visible as you walked up the stairs.

The location is super convenient and the rooms are quiet in the center of the city. The apartment is super big with a lot of spaces for my family. My kids love the historic lift. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They take good care of customers and do as much as they can to help people. I definitely recommend and will come back again!

It will be great if there is a shampoo and soap holder inside the shower.

The location is perfect for a visit to Madrid. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The apartment is excellent and much larger than we were expecting. We loved the quirky old style lift though you might have to wait a bit at peak times :) We will definitely come back here next time we visit Madrid.

We had to pay for early checkin/late checkout which I understand is normal these days but does seem excessive.

Great location. Very central. Nice personal at the reception as well as cleaning team. Modern way of using keys for all doors (main and apartment door). Either with phone app or codes. Apartment was very good and spacious. 90m2 with 3 rooms and every room had a bathroom although in original description was 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. We had nice big terrace. Outside was noise because of very busy streets around but in the apartment was very quite. We had apartment at last top roof 5th floor.

The only thing which was bit annoying was very old elevator for which you have to take time and to be patient. Otherwise everything was good.

This hotel is all about the location. It is literally a few steps away from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, wonderful restaurants/shops, and the Sol Metro. You are really close to all of the major landmarks. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the Prado museum or Retiro Park. The Oakberry açai bowl Takeaway next to the hotel is fabulous. There is also a Turkish Delights shop next-door that has amazing Pistachio Baklava and a delicious chocolate store on the corner. The hotel was very clean and large for our family. It had everything we needed. The staff was super friendly and offers 24 hour desk service, which was wonderful as we did not check in until 2 AM. We decided to come in one night earlier and they were incredibly accommodating and let us stay in the same room without having to check out and then check into another room for the week. We also felt very safe there. We never had any problems with Uber picking us up or dropping us off at this location. We would definitely stay there again!

It is noisy at night, but to be expected as you are in the city center. A lady and man were literally screaming to the top of their lungs at each other at 3 AM on the stairs. It scared us. Most nights were noisy. This would not deter us from staying there the next time.

I highly recommend this place. Check-in was seamless. The people at reception provided great service and assistance, even helped us with our luggage upon check-in. We were impressed by the key system and the technology used to access the building and apartment - no physical keys needed, just your phone. Perfect location! Walking distance to main attractions. Apartment is clean, spacious enough for our party of 6. It also has a nice big terrace.

Apartment could benefit from some upgrades, especially in the kitchen with newer furniture. Customers could also benefit from some complimentary coffee or tea given the kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, fridge, toaster, etc…

The location of the building was perfect. Exactly in the city center of Madrid. Everything was at a walking distance. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The access to the building was very easy. Nevertheless we were in the heart of Madrid, the studio was very quiet. In the studio you have all you need. There is a refrigerator, hot water cattle, coffee maker, stoves, cutlery, plates and everything you need in a kitchen.

Everything was perfect. The location is great. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. For sure, if you come to Madrid again, we are going to stay there. Thanks a lot once again for your hospitality.

We were contacted in advance to confirm our arrival time and were informed that we could leave our luggage if we arrived early. When we got there, the apartment was already available, and we were given a larger one than we had booked. The apartment is spacious, with air conditioning in every room, recently renovated, and the shower had truly hot water. The kitchen had everything we needed (the only thing missing was a freezer — our ice cream melted in the heat). The beds were comfortable. The apartment uses digital locks, so it’s important to always have a charged smartphone on hand to enter. The Sol metro station is just a 3-minute walk away, which was convenient on a very hot day. The location is very close to Gran Via and the historic center, yet it’s quiet. There are also a few small grocery stores near Sol metro station.

There wasn’t enough bedding to cover up but it's truly a minor case.

Amazing location in Madrid for travellers! Very walkable between the major attractions in the heart of the historical centre (less than 20 mins walk between the palace, main square, museums, etc.). A good self contained unit for the price point (having the kitchenette was fantastic for making easy lunches to take with us to eat between tourist attractions). Having a balcony to see the street was an absolute bonus. Great key/lock system (through the phone) where you didn't have to worry about losing a key/keycard. Still has a functional lift despite the age of the building, which was a relief being on the fourth floor. Friendly staff who helped us with all our enquiries.

A little wear and tear to the bathroom (to be expected since the building is on the older side), but otherwise fantastic accomodation.
