Hot drinks vendo machine at lobby STAFF: 1. Friendly and accommodating

ROOM: 1. Walls are not sound proof, you can hear people from other rooms coughing or sneezing or worse talking, watching TV or listening to music; when somebody is taking a shower or flushing the toilet from adjacent room you can loudly hear it as if you're the one taking the shower or flushing in your own toilet

My mother and I were seeing my cousin living in Madrid. We got a private room with a private bathroom and two beds in the hostel. It was a three minute walk to Puerta Del Sol and a five minute walk to Plaza Mayor. Room was clean, cozy and safe.

The hostal is situated in the center. Bed pretty comfortable.

Not easy to find, it’s pretty hidden with normal houses. Staff speaks only Spanish but easy to understand. Bathroom door didn’t close, no shampoo, only hand soap. Heating on all day long. Window couldn’t lock. Overpriced for the simple room.

Everything was great. Had opening window and operable fan. Space was small but clean and reasonably quiet. Very nice to have private bathroom. I recommend this place to others, Great value and nice women who runs it.

The hostal has an excellent location. Very near to Puerta de Sol (about 200 meters of Metro Station). The zone are plenty of restaurants, stores, Pharmacy, etc. The host was very kind and diligent. The room are very comfortable, and clean. The mattress are so confortable too. The bathroom clean and spacious. We are very agreed with our stay

Our stay was perfect. Quiet, comfortable, near almost everything. Nothing to claim

The room was very well located, walking distance from a lot of "must visit" places. The room was very small, but it was OK. Building in general was very old but everything was working well. The room did not have A/C but it was not that hot considering outside was 37°C. Internet was working well.

You could hear neighboring rooms a lot. It would be great to have a small fridge to keep some cool water or drinks. Cannot complain for the price that was paid.

The location is great, and the room is small but comfortable. Only the WiFi was not up to par with the rest

It is in a very central location, convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was clean & I appreciated having a private bathroom. Overall very good value for the price.

The room is very small, just big enough for the twin bed and a chair. Also, the walls were thin and I could hear the other guests coming in and out of their rooms and talking in the hallway, so I had to sleep with earplugs

It was the perfect location in regards to being at the heart of Madrid. The woman who check us in was very kind.
