The location is top. Easy to find, safe to get in. The staff was very friendly and our room was ready even before the check-in time which was great. I was pleasantly surprised that it was a quiet room, having in mind the crowds marching on Mayor 24/7.

My personal preferences are for private bathroom but for one night it was OK. I cannot complain because the WC and shower were clean and there was information that there will be a shared bathroom.

I liked the lady who served me, and also the cleanliness, comfort, and the antiquity of the building, which is very well maintained. It has wi-fi, hot water, and a sink in the room, which surprised me.

I didn't like having few bathrooms, but maybe they will be enough for guests. There were few things I didn't like, in fact, you had to always push the front door of the hostel with your body and then try to open it, because that's the only way it would open.

It is very well located at Puerta del Sol. Spacious, for 5 people. Clean and tidy. Although it didn't have AC, it was fresh inside. The building has an elevator to carry luggage easily. It was really ok for 1 night. It is basic and simple. A fridge is always sthg good to have and a kettle to heat water.

Too little table, too few space to the goods, no fridge at all, too few seats for eating around the table. Very weird bathroom and toilet, also no kitchen area. Lift has to be waited for long time, better to take steps, but oh so long way to the 3rd floor!

We stayed in a Classic Family Room, it was perfect for what we needed. Amazing location, lovely clean room with it's own bathroom. It's a basic hostel, but the location is really second to none and good value for the cost

Unfortunately, they are renovating the place but if you can look beyond that, there was nothing I didn’t like.

Ideal for short stays. It is centrally located. They allowed us to put our bags after check out. The room and linens are clean. There is a sink in the room, which is nice. The shared toilet and bathroom were also clean. Thank you for everything.

Location was great. Close to all avaiable transport and restaurante. Room was big. There was a sink and balcony. That was good place for stay.

At the night was little bit loud.

The location was ideal. Hostal was very clean and comfortable. Hostal is on the top floor. There is an elevator in the building.

Excellent location. Good price to be on Madrid Center. I traveled for 2 nights with my friend, we didn’t spend much time at the room because we were enjoying Madrid. Sharing bathroom was not a problem, showers and toilet were clean.

No A/C during summer is uncomfortable because the room gets warm during the day. There is a fan available, but not enough to cool up the room.
