Good location in city center with quick access to sights, shopping, metro and train. A/C and TV in both kitchen and bedroom. Cooking facilities. Two bathrooms. Small balcony with street view.

Elevator does not stop on floors 3 and 4. Had to go 5 and walk down. Weak wifi signal. Windows in corridor can not be locked. No safe. No oven. Not enough dishes. Bathrooms tiny. Somewhat odd access system via app, often didn't open doors on the first try. Online check-in process was kind of burdensome.

The property uses an app to open the building and flat doors. It all worked great and they send you instructions beforehand. The location was also excellent, right in the heart of Madrid, a 15 minutes walk from all the main attractions. The staff were also really nice, and they provide a place for you to drop off your luggage, right around the corner. The kitchen and coffee machine in the flat was very nice, although we did not use it.

The water pressure in the shower was very weak which made showering a bit difficult sometimes and the shampoo dispenser was empty. The twin beds were nice but they would just move away from each other in the night, creating a hole in the middle. Room was a bit dark with small windows but that seems normal for that kind of building.

The location is excellent - very close to most of Madrid's major attractions. I walked to everything from here and did not need the metro. The apartment felt safe and insulated from the busy street below.

The WiFi reached the kitchen and bathroom but not the bedroom, so I ended up using my phone hotspot. (Maybe they just need a range extender.) Getting access requires an app and was not a problem for me, but there is no 24 hour support so I'd hate to think what happens if your door lock won't respond to bluetooth. The folks across from me couldn't get into their room at 11 PM and rang my doorbell. I'm not sure what they ended up doing that night.

You could not get a better location than this. It is perfect center and everything is at walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfy. And even thought the street outside gets very noisy, inside the room is really quiet. Price-wise you will net get any better than this. The Zinc team is great and very welcoming and supportive.

The building entrance gets a bit food smell from the nearby Subway, but it is only at the entry and not the rooms.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Madrid and within walking distance of Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, all within 5 minutes. The staff at the office were incredibly helpful and would reply to any queries promptly.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, but apartments are very basic and entry system was challenging.

The location is great very central

To access the building you have to open through their app. I arrived in Madrid at 10pm at night and the app was not working so could not open the main door. I tried contacting them but no one answered and was only speaking to a bot. It was only because another guest was going into the building that I managed to get in, otherwise I would have had to resort to booking somewhere else. It’s a joke

The position of the place was very central

There was very little cutlery and lots of other things and no washing facility at all. Shower very small.

Great location! In the center of the city! Stuff was very helpful, I received many messages with instrucions for the arrival. However, a single message would suffice.

Not a fan of trying to enter with the application because sometimes the app was taking to long to load. A key card would be great.

Location is super!

A bit complicated check in process, but if you follow instructions, it works. The room does have window but to nowhere, it faces another wall So prepare for dark room

It's quite easy to get around the city since the train station is walking distance. A lot of shops around the area so it was fun shopping. The hosts were very accomodating as well and responsive to any inquiries we had.
