Excellent location. Clean

Lots of older men staying there, luckily we picked a female dorm, I would’ve felt very unsafe in the mixed.

Surprised with how much I liked it, considering the gmaps rating 3.5. While each bed doesn't have a curtain / shelf and lamp (which would make it top), the mattress is very comfortable and found it easy to go to sleep. The metal lockers are narrow and high and yes they do make noise when opening and closing, but at least they are there. I had booked a 8-mix dorm room and when getting there, they saw that the room had 7 other men. So for 1 night they moved me to an 8-female dorm. Then to a 6-mix dorm. So that was nice on their part. Bathrooms were all clean. Only thing I would add is a mat next to the showers as not to wet the whole floor.

Kitchen hours 9-22, which I find to be quite late, especially considering reception is 24h. For people with early departures that means that they either don't refrigerate their food for the whole evening or abandon it. It would be much more reasonable to open 7:30/8:00. Kitchen is not the sturdiest / newest (wobbly sink faucet and fridge handle), but it does the job. Wifi is not the strongest. I used a lot of my mobile data, which in this case wasn't a big deal as I had no more trips before the offer renewed. I have been in situations where I had to limit my data and insufficient WiFi can be annoying.

It's in a convenient location, has decent internet, the restaurants are close and very reasonable prices. The management was helpful, and cleaning staff keep the hostel very clean.

It is a very noisy hostel day and night. Be prepared to be up way past 1 am, with patrons coming in at all hours of the night. Very little regard for those who are trying to sleep. Very disappointing.

Loved how close to the palace it was. How conveniently located to major attractions and metro stations it was. Staff was amazing and friendly. Had a dorm room to myself for most of my stay which was amazing haha

The location is superb, only a 10 min+ walk from Sol Metro (1km). Also very close to the palace and church. We had the private room, room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had a private toilet & shower.

The only downside is that the shower head was a bit faulty, where the water spurts all over, but it was bearable.

The place is located in the cenyre of town and close to the metro. There was minimal noise disturbance. The staff was really kind.

I didn't like the fact that one had to pay gor luggage to be stored after 11:00. As visitors from other places, sometimes our flights are later at night so one has to go around to see other places.

Booking.com MADE A BIG MISTAKE CANCELING MY RESERVATION WHEN I DID NOT REQUESTED IT. The staff at Meeting point helped me re do the booking. The company booking.com needs to imorove.

Staff amazing! Armando, Jose and others from Venezuela are always Happy and helpfull. The rooms are calma, kitchen -1, location , recepción 24h View to the Palace. Wifi works 100%100, perfect to work from here. Always clean and accessfull.

Nathing really

Clean, great price, location was good.

Try to arrive early because you have to make your own bed, which is hard to do with the lights off in a shared room when others are trying to sleep. It's also hard to unpack in the dark. I tried to be quiet in order to not wake the others up in the shared hostel room but it would have been much easier in the light (I did not turn the lights on because people were trying to sleep).
