Clean, lift, easy communication with Limehouse

Lack of information at the property on where facilities like clothes drying rack, ironing board and iron where located. We had to phone to find out they were under a heavy bed which needed to be lifted. Only one pillow per guest. We needed to ask for more. You would expect two and not supplied until the second day. Bed awkwardly against the wall when there was space in the room so that could have a bedside table for the second guest.. No instructions for the washing machine. No corkscrew. Make sure you take your own. It is Spain and they make wine there!

We stayed at Limehome apartments before and can say that it's a good price-value match for Madrid. Here are some things we'd like to recognize: + Easy Check-In. As for all Limehome apartments, there is an easy check-in with access codes. The apartment is also quite easy to find, so you can come at suitable time with no need to contact the owners. + Apartments. It has all you need for a short stay in Madrid: full kitchen, a separate bedroom. The photos completely match the reality and the description provided. + Neighborhood. Easy access to the city: 7-10 minutes walking distance to Metro, around 15-20 minutes walking to Mayor Square. There are restaurants and grocery shops nearby. We recommend Toga restaurant for any meal (10 minutes walk) - great meals and cocktails, we enjoyed it very much. You might need a reservation for a dinner, but you can do it by phone since they speak English well. All in all, we liked the stay we had in Limehome apartment and will surely consider it during the next stays

- Apartments. The apartments are being in use for some time, it doesn't look new. I believe it's already reflected in the price but just be ready for that. I'd also suggest adding a portable clothes dryer since there is a washing machine but no place to dry the clothes, so we used a coin laundry nearby. It also would be nice to be able to lock the door from the inside for the night. The main door is quite thin and subconsciously it would feel a bit better to lock the door in case somebody shoulder surfed the access code (Valencia apartment did have the locker). Please consider these just as suggestions. Overall, we enjoyed the stay so mentioned the things to improve the experience for the next guests.

The location was great, check-in easy, room was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. It was on a quiet street but close to the center. The beds were comfortable.

A very small thing but the hook to hang the towels in the bathroom was broken when we arrived. We reattached it and it worked though. Also, we asked the hosts for guidance on how to get to/from the airport, which they did not know and that was a bit strange. I know that they are operating from another country but I think they should be able to provide basic information about getting to the properties that they manage.

I really liked my apartment, it was very comfortable and cozy. And I liked our location, we went to the center for 15 minutes.

But there were two disadvantages. When I booked the apartment, I looked at the pictures on this website and there windows looked out onto street and road, BUT when I entered the apartment I realized that the windows in the bedroom look into the window of the neighboring apartment and onto the corridor, and the panoramic windows look out onto the windows of a multi-story building, where people can see you at a glance. It’s not convenient and comfortable. And the next disadvantage, it’s slippery floor. When I was walking quickly, I slipped and twisted my leg, it was unpleasant....

The apartment is completely new and fully equipped. The registration process, entering the building, and the apartment are simple and functional. It has a very good location and allows you to see all the sights on foot. Public transportation stations are also nearby.

Location was great in the city center of Madrid. Newly renovated apartments. Everything brand new. Very comfortable bed, everything very clean and had coffee available in the morning. The customer service was also excellent when i called. Would definitely repeat.

The apartment is clean, modern and well-equipped. Love the AC, definitely a savior when Madrid got 38 degrees! Everything is very uncomplicated and the online customer service reacts pretty quickly. Easy to access with Uber from everywhere, around 30 EUR from the airport.

There's no room cleaning during the whole 4-day stay. So won't be able to get clean towels or so. The bathroom has a huge window but if it is open, everyone from the building on the opporsite side could see and not sure whether it's safe enough to keep it open.

Clean, modern, and practical apartment with a reasonably comfortable bed (a vital issue for me), so both my spouse and I could sleep well for three nights. Great location, close to the city (via metro or bus stop all close buy), supermarkets etc.

The kitchenette would benefit from simple useful items such as a chopping board and a tea towel. The bathroom from some tower racks (there only a couple of hooks).

Absolutely perfect stay. If you have any hesitations about booking here or location, don’t. It’s spot on in the La Latina neighbourhood. Loads of nearby food places and some of the best tapas bars and nearby all the best sights. Near the food market, palace, cathedrals and shopping. Gorgeous flat. Nice and airy. Felt very safe also and liked the street it was on, especially as solo traveller.

Good location, close to tourist attractions. Very fast customer service, one of our neighbours were making lots of noise in the middle of the night, and I emailed the customer service, to my surprise, they responded within minutes.

The entrance to the property was not clear, had to spend nearly ten minutes to locate the entrance. Not enough hooks in bathroom and all of them were far away from the shower.
