great location, comfortable bed, friendly staff and very clean 2nd stay would highly recommend close to Plaza Mayor and great Sunday Market close by

Everything has been ok.

Excellent hotel in a great location, La Latina. Great local restaurants, lovely little streets to explore, excellent public transport links (metro and bus). The hotel staff were fabulous, very helpful, friendly, efficient, very focused on their guests. We were there for the big blackout and they looked after guests as best they could, including having a generator which gave us lights. We booked a room with a terrace. The terrace was a lovely area to sit on a sunny afternoon and very private. I will always book this hotel in Madrid when available.

Everything was great. The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions. Our room was very quiet. Cleanliness was excellent, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Our room was supposed to have a double bed, but it turned out to be two single beds pushed together. On top of that, the beds had wheels, which made it easy for them to separate. Around 8 in the morning, there was some noise — the sound of carts and people talking in the hallway (I assume the housekeeping staff started work at that time). The door had a gap of several centimeters at the bottom, which affected the soundproofing and let light in during the night. But these are minor issues.

Location great with easy access to metro which is great way of getting around Madrid. Friendly polite helpful staff. Great breakfast. Roof top sun area and plunge pool great for catching rays and cooling down. Good size rooms with good shower and super soft towels. All areas clean and well kept. Plenty of supermarkets bars cafes and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Always taxi available if needed. Would recommend

Couldn't find anything negative.

We had a wonderful stay in this fabulous hotel last week for 4 nights, great air con throughout, breakfast was superb, everything you could ask for, both hot and cold.. Rooms were very clean and spacious and the inclusion of a mini fridge was great for keeping drinks cold. Tea and coffee provided as well.. Bed was super comfy.. Couldn't get to use the pool as it was always packed but we will definitely stay here again.. Location was great, ten min walk to plaza Major, supermarket right next door and metro at bottom of street. Thanks for a great stay.. Highly recommend 👍😁

Pool area and terrace very busy

Great location and very clean well-kept room. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom with a good shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pool opening times could be better advertised. It is a €20 deposit to use the iron and ironing board which can only be paid in cash which was a slight inconvenience when staying for a business trip.

The Donuts were phenomenal. The mushrooms onions w/ Tabasco olive oil soft cheese fried eggs w/ ham & turkey lactose free milk i can't name them all were extraordinary. The jam w/ toast great. Fridge was a bonus w/ complementary water. The thermostat worked perfectly, best hotel I stayed in regards to thermostats. Easy to function. Having a window in the washroom is great too.

I do wish the fridge was a little colder. I wish there was a fan in the toilet & the remote only goes to 10 decibels. I understand you don't want the volume too loud for other guests, But 10 is a little too low. I think it should be at least to 15. Other than that it's excellent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the bar tender who was just lovely to my son and I. The reception staff went out of their way to look after us, going as far as catching up with us in the street to give my son a bottle of water on a particularly hot day!

Sometimes early in the morning we could hear the cleaning staff moving their trolleys around. It was not loud enough to stop us enjoying our stay though.

This is the best value I have seen in a 3 star hotel. The breakfast buffet was huge and multi-cultural. The staff, especially on the desk were polite and helpful at all times. The pool was open, a little smaller than anticipated, but never crowded and had a lifeguard on hand. And in ten to 15 minutes you can walk into the centre of the city.

One night there was noise in the street as a theatre/dance hall spilled. Nothing to do with the hotel, and the police came quickly to disperse people.
