I saw bad comments but I think everything was OK. you cant find a place that close to city and cheap like this one. you can go to city center in 30 minutes by bus or metro. bus station is very close, metro is 10 min. walking. You can directly park your car in front of the facility, there are always space in the street. Room var nice, clean and quiet. They give me my keys and all the time I entered the facility and my room and go out on my own. No need to see anybody. Bathroom is a shared one but it was so clean.

Sometimes you can hear voices but it is normal because it is a facility with many residences. Staff cant speak English but you can understand each other dont worry.

Although smoking is forbidden, people were smoking in the room next to me....It's not your fault of course.

Near from Madrid Center Near from the hotel from my family Restaurants and other services a few blocks Usera Metro Station at 6 blocks or 7 minutes walking The services and food near from 12 Octubre was well or cheap.

The guests don't respect the rules, some of them make noise after 22:00

The walls dividing each room are a bit thin that you could literally hear what the other people doing in their room.

Toilet bowl is always dirty. Someone used it without cleaning.
