The place was clean, tastefully decorated, the location super convenient, and I loved the lofted bed situation! (It should be noted that the bed moves up and down via an electric switch on the wall for ease of entry and to get it out of the way during the day. I love the live plants, the heated bathroom floor and mirrors, and the projector as a tv, which can be adjusted to watch movies on the small couch below the bed or in the bed itself. Though I didn't end up using the kitchen during my stay, it looked clean and well-stocked with pans and utensils.

My only complaint was that even in November, I felt as though I had a difficult time getting the room cool enough. They use water-cooled floors and make a point of saying that this system is slower than traditional air conditioning, and even still I wonder if I simply didn't figure out how to activate it. There is also a ceiling fan which I used at night. It should also be noted that the room is on the ground floor with curtains for privacy. This didn't really bother me at all, but may make some guests uncomfortable.

I stayed in Studio 4. The thought and imagination that has gone into the design of this studio is fantastic. It really is one of the quirkiest/coolest places I’ve stayed in and it was an absolute delight. The underground bar and cinema room is absolutely fantastic. And the facilities as a whole are very clean, tidy and modern and provide you with everything you need. The location is right in the heart of everything you want to have a look at and within walking distance of basically everything you want to do. The owner and staff were a delight to deal with, super responsive, very helpful and really lovely people. This is a one of a kind studio that I would recommend you stay in when visiting Madrid it’s perfect for a couple.

Nothing. PERFECT

Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Great bed - massive and very comfy. It feels like a room in a luxury hotel. I had a disabled room so not sure if the large bathroom is standard or not. Door code entry was easy to use. This is in a hip and trendy area and fine for tourists on a short stay. Helpful hosts who get the room ready early so we could check in early.

The window is small and you basically had to use the lights at all times. There is no desk and no dining table, so not really suitable for a long stay or a work trip. Very limited kitchen equipment. The code stopped working at exactly noon, so when we arrived back to check out at 12.10, we had to bang on the main door to ask to enter - not really a good last impression.

I felt very much at home in this Studio and loved to work from there during my week in Madrid. The bed, projector, desk + screen, location and just the whole studio were exceptional. The kitchen was very well equipped even with a hand mixer. The accomodation exceeded expectations! I would definitely try to stay here again if I go to Madrid in the future!

Maybe the only thing is that the studio was on the ground floor, so the "view" was not great and people looked into the room, when the curtains were open.

While the place was lovely, it was all about sustainability and all I'm saying is that that takes some getting used to. There was no air conditioning, but they had some kind of cooling system that came in from the floors. It took some time to kick in and it comfortable post that. I'm not sure how that works in the hotter season. However, one has to be a bit careful as the floors became a bit slippery after their cleaning was done. There was some useful items, however since we were there for a short time, we used the plates, knives, glasses, not too much else. Help, if any, was a short call away. Area wise, it was close for the transport we needed. There is NO breakfast but there are lots of lovely places around. They had a washing machine and that was awesome! I did not use the Wifi, so can't comment.

Some thing that can be improved are some hooks in the bath room close to the bathing area, so that one can keep the towels or clothes. So while there was a super useful washing machine in a common area outside the room, there was no place to dry the clothes and without an air conditioner, clothes don't dry fast. Maybe add some mats as the floors which were slippery once water falls on them.

We loved everything! Jose was very kind and let us into the apartment early, even allowing us to store our luggage in a storage room free of charge. The apartment is well-equipped—I was pleasantly surprised to find makeup remover provided; that’s such a thoughtful touch! Perhaps one more pan and pot would make it perfect. The apartment felt very comfortable overall, although it did get a bit warm at times. We just opened the window, and that worked fine. We’ll definitely be back!

Just a suggestion to improve: adding a door to the shower would help, as the floor sometimes gets wet.

Amazing location, so close to all the sights, restaurants, shops, groceries. It was very quiet and peaceful despite being so close to everything. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was extremely well equipped for way more than I coudl have needed it for. This kitchen is fully functional to live in the apartment, honestly. The host messaged me a few days before my arrival and informed me of the door codes. It was so cozy, I only wish I could have stayed longer.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. A very comfortable wardrobe (very rare!). The kitchen has everything you need and even more, I was pleasantly surprised by the dish - it was new and of high quality, including cups and plates of porcelain. My studio #6 faced the patio, very quiet and clean, perfect silence at night. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations

No cleaning! It's inconvenient when you live for more than two daysю And I didn't really figure out how to adjust the light - it turned on either all at once, so it was too bright, or turned off completely, so i couldn't reach comfortable level.

It was very modern and cool and while being very compact, it had everything that we needed. Also it was incredibly clean! It had a mini laundromat onsite which was fabulous and luggage lockers in the foyer where we could leave our luggage on our departure day.. the managers have thought of everything. Have to recommend it!

Everything. The room is very cosy and modern. I’ll find everything from cutlery to utensils. Spotless clean, smelling good and cute decoration. The location is wonderful, with most of the touristic attractions at walking distance.

The only issue for me was the lack of pressure in the shower so the flow of the water is not ideal.
