Spacious room in a style dominated by glass and steel. Good, but small kitchen facilities. Due to a very low glass table, sitting on the floor was more comfortable when eating than sitting on tha adjacent. Third floor room had very little street noise. The area around the hotel is packed with good bars and restaurants. It has a rive gauge atmosphere

Tv made several stops maybe du to low bandwidth, sometimes it froze. Though there were nice lamps, the ones at the bed were inadequate for reading.

Location: In one word - fantastic. 6 minutes walk to Prado museum. 7 minutes walk to the metro stations Sol and Anton Martin. 9 minutes walk to the Atocha railway station (trains to Toledo etc). Lots of cafeterias, restaurants and shops nearby. Memorial Theatre 7 minutes walk. Room: We stayed in a two-room suite. Very clean and well equipped. Small kitchenette also very clean with all the necessary equipment. Air conditioner was functioning well, although a bit too noisy. Staff: Very helpful and polite.

Breakfast: The breakfast was rather poor. It is worthwhile having breakfast in nearby cafe. Safe: Wasn't functioning.

This place is perfect. It’s located very centrally in Madrid. The hotel is an easy walk from every attraction in the central part of Madrid. You are surrounded by shops and restaurants and the vibe of the neighborhood is awesome while at the same time not being loud or feel too crowded. The rooms were well appointed and the pictures ARE ACTUALLY good representations of the rooms. It has controllable AC and it helped keep the temperature comfortable. The bed was great and comfortable with good sheets. My only negative is that the pillows were too small and uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at Suite Prado in the heart of Madrid, located in the charming Cortes neighborhood, and it was an exceptional experience. The location could not have been better, with so many major attractions just a short walk away, including the Prado Museum, Plaza Mayor, and Retiro Park. The neighborhood itself was lively yet felt authentically local, with great cafes, restaurants, and shops at every turn. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although the kitchen was on the small side, it was more than adequate for preparing simple meals. All the essential utensils and appliances were provided, and it was perfect for quick breakfasts or light dinners when we wanted to relax after a day of exploring. One of the standout aspects of this place was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request or provide helpful recommendations for things to do and see in the area. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment hotel for anyone looking to stay in Madrid’s vibrant center. The combination of an unbeatable location, a well-equipped apartment, and outstanding service made our stay truly memorable.

Location is amazing; very close to Sol (metro and bus connections + walking distance from pretty much everything). The staff was always really friendly and helpful. The room was great; amazing size- ideal for longer stays. The street the hotel is in is quite busy- my room did not get a lot of noise, but it was a side street; perhaps it gets a bit loud in the summer.

Double bed was two separate mattresses, one of them could use an update (although the bed overall was comfortable). Additional kitchen tools could would be nice (for example, a chopping board)- staff might have been able to provide it, I didn't ask as it was not a big requirement from me.

The beds for two bedrooms are too small— not quite Full size . There is no lobby. What was really unclear is they charge you double for two people in a room— they charge by person not by room. Also the breakfast included is not free— cheaper without it but wonderful to have a tray delivered in the morning. No coffeemaker in room. The staff were nice but not really knowledgeable like a concierge. I wanted to rent a car and driver and they didn’t know anyone

The room is so wide!! There is a TV, small kitchen, fridge, sofa, and bed in the room. The bathroom is clean. We could watch YouTube on the TV. If you have a Disney Plus account, you watch it, too. And the building is close to Sol station. We went to Prado museum by walking in just 5 minutes. Also the staffs are very kind. The price is not expensive!! All of the hotels in Madrid are very expensive. But here is fine!! Everything is perfect!! We want to go back to the hotel again!!

The location could not be better. There's a little Allie out front, and within 10 ft of the door. There's a specialty coffee place. Within a 3 minute walk, there's a Japanese restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, an Italian restaurant, and not very far. Very far a Argentinian restaurant that was very good. It just felt like everything was so close by, that if I was hungry within 2 minutes, I'm out of place that serves good food. Also, it's about a 5 minute walk to get to Puerto del Sol, and there's all kinds of stuff there. . The room was comfortable, but I had the top floor room so the ceilings are at an angle and that made it feel a little bit confining, but they're made out of this very pretty wood, so that apartment had a good feel to it anyway. It anyway. The front desk reception was really nice because I got there late and I didn't have to worry about getting the key. It took all of 5 minutes. Okay

I pretty much liked everything except for this slanted ceilings, but if you chose the lower floor that wouldn't be a problem.

Great value for great location and lots of space. Really appreciated the sitting room, kitchenette was more equipped than i expected, bathroom was large and had a tub.

Beds were a little firmer than I care for, but that's me, and not unusual for my experience in Spain.

EXCELLENT STUDIO. SPACIOUS. COMFY. KITCHEN. STOVE. i reccomend it. location is very good. they let you leave one s luggage at a storege-like spot.

bathroom (toilets) not available at reception desk (after i checked out and nicely were allowed to leave my luggage for 4 or 5 hours to my train due time leave, at some point i needed a toilet , went there , asked and woman receptionist whom i hadn t seen before the previous 2 days simply say "we aint got no toilets available here only in the rooms" .. long story short i had to rush, as i did not count on something like this to happen, so i crossed this narrow old cobblestone street and hit this eatery place they nicely let me access their "aseos" , i ll never forget.
