The hotel is perfectly located - both for visitng the city and for communiting to some remote locations around Madrid (eg. for my work meetings and to the airport). The staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was very tasty with quite a big choice of products (even despite the fact that the hotel is rather small). Air condition worked well, there was quiet inside any time I've been there and electric kettle in the room was very convenient.

There weren't any unpleasent surprises there. My single room was very compact (9m2) but I expected that and it was very ergonomically arranged so no problem with bumping into furniture or my stuff. Also no minibar in that room but there was one in the reception lobby so if I needed it I could have reach it at any hour.

The location, rooms, cleanliness.

I wasn’t aware that my booking didn’t include breakfast. But when I went to the breakfast area, it seemed that nobody was checking it. So I assumed everybody is entitled to free breakfast. When I finished eating, the staff asked for my room number only to inform me that I do not have free breakfast for my booking. It was 15euros. Had I known, I would have eaten at the nice coffee shop 2 minutes away. They serve waaay better breakfast and coffee for less than 15.

daily cleaning. the cleaning ladies do an excellent job. location, close to museums and main attractions: Prado museum, Retiro park. 20 minutes walk to Atocha station where the airport bus leaves for €5. quiet area. very intimate hotel, peace and quiet inside. we will definitely come back

I booked a twin bedroom for two nights and was very pleased with the size of the room and bathroom for the price I paid. I believe it was very much so worth the value. The bathrooms were clean and very spacious, bedroom had enough storage area to unpack my bag and not feel crammed. It was a small room, but no complaints on the size. Only thing that would’ve been nice to have was a fan.

This was value for money. The room came with a balcony with city view and able to see the stars too. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the room was able to cool down very well on a hot summer day. The amenities provided by the hotel were useful and the bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable and the hotel staff were very polite. Great location too. I would book the same hotel.

Fantastic location at Madrid Centro, you can walk to pretty much every main attraction. Did not try the breakfast. Small but very comfortable room. Nice beds, clean bathroom. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms exceptionally nice and was a treat to return back after a long hot day sightseeing. Staff at the front desk were very helpful, courteous and professional inspite of our lack of Spanish knowledge.

Very convenient hotel if you have to take the night bus to Plaza Cibeles. Just a 10-15 min walk from Cibeles. Right in the center near Plaza Santa Ana. 10 min walk to Sol. I had a very spacious room which was very nice. It overlooked the street but wasn't noisy although this is where people go out at night. WiFi was free and worked well. Staff was very nice and they had some water in the lobby. I'll stay here again.

The location is great, right in the center of Madrid. The price of the room is very reasonable and the staff was friendly. There was a convenient library room, where I could meet with my coworker. The breakfast was excellent.

It was quite cold outside, so it was also a bit difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Great location, you are about 15 minutes walk from the main attractions and very easy access to airport via cab or metro + Cercanias Renfe. Breakfast was good and helpful staff.

I had requested a quiet room, it would have been if it hadn't been for the rude customers who slammed the door of their room even at night, but that's another story... Unfortunately the single room didn't have exterior window, the view to interior corridor, so no natural light. The second night the alarm went off at 3:45, I went down using emergency stairway and got to reception to be told it had gone off by mistake. Great fear and sleepless night. I recommend to put reception number in the room, because I couldn't call them when the alarm went off. Breakfast was good, but very limited option.

the hotel was very easy to find. The location is quite. The breakfast was good with a good variety of food availble. Check in was easy.

It was quite a walk from the bus stop. We took a bus from the airport and then walked. When we checked out, we took a taxi back to the airport.
