The location is excellent—close to the city center. The room was very clean and comfortable, with enough space to open a suitcase easily. Although you can see some signs of wear and tear, everything was tidy and fully functional. My room faced an inner courtyard, so it was quiet and free from street noise. During my stay, I barely saw any other guests, which added to the calm atmosphere.

There is one coffee machine for everyone in the hallway, and it would be more comfortable to have one in the room. However, the machine was stocked with tea, and cookies, so the service was well provided

The balcony was adorable and the area was super nice. It was a great, neutral, central spot for a quick trip into Madrid. The twin bed room was totally sufficient for travelling with a friend and the shower was very nice.

The only option for coffee at the hotel was outside of the room, which seemed like it kind of defeated the point because, by the time I was dressed enough to venture into the hall for coffee, it felt worth it to just go into the city and get coffee. But I would have loved a morning coffee before my shower.

Excellent location, very friendly staff! We felt safe and cared for. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and wonderful parks and museums in easy walking distance.

The room was a bit dated, but overall, fine. We would have appreciated some English language news channels on the TV.

The hotel is very well located and the staff are really nice! The room was well-sized, with enough storage, a small fridge, and the bathroom was spacious. The bed was super comfortable and there is a coffee machine outside in the hallway.

I did have problems with the lights in the bathroom; sometimes they wouldn't stay on. That seems like a simple fix

The hotel is situated in a great location for walking around the city and to the major sights and museums. There are coffee and tea facilities available on each floor but not herbal tea. As I had brought my own, I asked for a kettle for the room which they provided, very quickly. The bedding and towels were clean. And we loved the mirror TV.

We paid extra for a room with a balcony but the balcony was so small you couldn't sit on it and because it overlooked the street it was very noisy, you couldn't leave the door open at night, so the room was a bit stuffy. Our friends' room was cheaper but was just as good and maybe a bit bigger. Thier windows overlooked a small enclosure which was very quiet and so they were able to leave the window open.

The staff was friendly. The room was big and comfortable. It was so good to stay at a place where the toilet, shower and sink were separate, so it saves time to do your own things. It was clean. There were many power sockets in the room. The location of the hotel was very good. Near the train station and the city center. There was no noise from outside and even inside there was not much noise.

One small thing, the shower drain was built higher than the rest of the floor in the shower. So the shower floor couldn't dry and was also slippery.

Loved the location and price. The room was large enough for two with plenty of floor space to accommodate a lot of luggage and still have room to move around. The shower was nice. There was plenty of storage space and places to put luggage and other items for storage and easy access.

We had a little trouble getting the heat adjusted but that was minor and we figured it out.

What a good value gem! Superb location, rooms onto rear courtyard so quiet, good lifts, comfy beds, excellent shower, Nespresso type coffee machine on each landing, useful fridge in room. Amazing TV/ mirror!! Staff on reception were so helpful and friendly and they booked taxi to airport fixed fee 33 Euros - about 30 minutes. Close to all cafes for breakfast and loads of nearby Tapas restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Safe in room on the floor requires you to be very fit to use it!!

My favourite thing about the hotel was the friendly reception staff. They were all very attentive and made us happy by leaving little compliments for the child in our room. The hotel is located in a marvellous place. Very close walking distance to all the places we want to visit. Thanks to the balcony room, it has spacious and bright rooms. it is also very satisfactory in terms of cleanliness.

There is nothing I don't like. The only disadvantage is that the door separating the toilet and the room is a bit inadequate.

Adequate room. Kind of like a student accommodation but it was clean enough. Lots of space for a family of 4. 3 single beds and a large single sofa bed which was comfy. Problem with a mattress but the staff promptly changed it. Room was nice and quiet. You are paying for the location which is very much worth it. Staff were very nice.

A little basic and needed a refresh but for us it was very acceptable.
