it has all necessary commodities you'd expect for a 4 star hotel, it's comfortable and has everything you might need to spend your trip.

It's not sound-proof, so you can hear people talk in the corridor and other noisy guests in their room

The wide range of quality food offered for breakfast was just exceptional - so healthy and whole diet-supporting choices that included walnuts, fresh house-made natural joguhrts as well as other healthier options of food and fresh fruits like whole pieces of Kiwis. Elena, the manager of the restaurant (or the hotel's breakfast-team) made sure that every guest gets the quality food and very pleasant breakfast time. We really appreciated the detailed care and hospitality of the catering team. This hotel would satisfy needs of all kind of travellers.

Pilar on reception was very helpful and pleasant, beds very comfortable, pool and terrace area very spacious. There were places near for cheap non touristy meals and it is near the airport

Ridiculous that in a 4 star hotel there was NO bar and cafetería service during the day. I was informed that on weekdays there is NOTHING between breakfast time and 5pm. Such a pity, as the terrace area by the pool would be perfect if you could sit and relax with a cup of coffee or a drink. And signs up saying you cannot bring food and drink from outside the property As no coffee/tea making facilities in room, we couldn't make a drink to take down....

The staff was super nice with us, we arrived earlier than the check in and they kept our baggage while we went to explore the city. The room was comfortable and the beds were super nice and fluffy. The bathroom was bigger than I thought and super clean, lots of light too. They had a mini bar in the room. The breakfast was delicious, lots of options and everything was fresh.

Really nice hotel, very close to the airport, but also 5 mins walk to a metro station that goes to the city centre - 30 mins ride. The hotel is super clean with good amenities. Also, the staff is very friendly and allowed us to get it before official check-in without any issue. I can only recommend it to anyone. I will be back, when again in Madrid.

I enjoyed the breakfast. There were plenty of options to start the day. The pool was great too, and there was a nice bar next to it. Everything was tidy and clean, two things I appreciate when I book a hotel. It's close to the metro station and several bus stops, including those that take you to the airport.

I don’t think there was anything I disliked. If I wanted to be picky, maybe I could talk about how the elevators were a little bit small, but definitely not a problem.

The hotel provides for a comfortable stay fairly close to IFEMA. The rooms received new floors, but the wall boards and furniture show lots of damage. We had expected to sit and relax outside and enjoy the sun, but the pool area was still closed. Staff did not provide any pillows. That should lower the room price . . . But, great bar service in the hotel!

The hotel is just on the outskirts of Madrid, close to the airport so taxi fare is very cheap. With your booking you get free pickup and drop off to the airport with uber paid by the hotel. A huge bonus is that the metro station is within 5min walking distance and takes you straight into the city center. The thing I loved the most was the pool, it was deliciously COLD on the overwhelming hot days in Madrid were temps reached 45°C+ so this was amazing. I will definitely return to this hotel when I visit Madrid again next year.

The hotel was set out lovely and always very clean. The staff were friendly. The pool area and pool were lovely however see below. Rooms great and good size and have air conditioning. Hotel offers a shuttle service however that wasn’t available but refunded our fare to and from airport

For us the location wasn’t great for what we wanted and would have preferred to stay nearer Plaza Mayor area but that wasn’t a fault of the hotel. There were nowhere near enough sun beds which meant we had to sit on chairs unless you wanted to do the pool rush when they opened the gate. Pool didn’t open until 10am and would have been better if opened earlier. Breakfast was sufficient however food very slowly replenished the hotel is on a main road however didn’t find the noise an issue.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was huge and beds really comfy-only downside was that we booked a double and got a twin(but it was so hot that it probably worked in our favour). Lovely cold mini bar fridge. Pool was great, nice temperature. Lots of seating and plenty of umbrellas for shade. Food at snack bar was delicious. Complimentary taxi from airport was an added bonus. Close enough to metro stop to get to city centre. Handy little shop across the road too

The aircon could have been better, but it was 41° when we were there so i dont think its the "norm" for Madrid in August. The breakfast wasn't great. We went in half an hour before the end of service and there was very limited food and nothing was replenished. They started to clear away 15 mins later. Don't tell people they can have breakfast til 1030, and clear the food away before 1015. Not good. Reception did give us a refund however, so that softened the blow, but still a bit of a let down as the pool bar didn't then open til noon
