Nice, clean well maintained hotel overall. The pool was nice and a good size good but could have done with more shelter from the blazing sun! Great value buffet breakfast. Close to a Metro station and decent space in the underground car park. We used the EV charger too which was great - just ask at reception for a plug adapter and they will give you one for a €10 deposit

The hotel's location was perfect for what we wanted (not to be in the center and in a busy area). The parking around the hotel was easy so it was not needed to park in the underground parking. Lots of restaurants close by. Breakfast was nice and had good variety. The reception, restaurant / breakfast area and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room's floor was a bit dusty, we noticed while walking barefoot that it was not very clean. The dinner option (buffet) is a bit poor for the price (what was there tasted good but there was not much variety). We only ate there the first night and decided to have dinner out the rest of our stay.

Location of the hotel to the location of my event. Food was lovely and well presented. Room was spacious and had everything I needed. Little trex to the supermarket to get provisions.

They need to advertise or email guests when facilities are unavailable. I booked this hotel to use the pool to sunbathe and recover from the event I went to. You were unable to use the outdoor pool and people had to ignore the closure to enjoy the beds on the terrace. Even though the pool was closed having access to sun loungers would of been perfect. Pool was closed due to legislation but this needs to be clear on website for any non spanish guests who would want to use the pool as part of their vacation.

Fantastic hotel with a very good breakfast, the staff were very efficient and the chef that made the omelettes was very friendly and pleasant. My kids absolutely loved the selection at breakfast and it was a lovely atmosphere- the Christmas decorations were still up so it made the setting even nicer. Well located in terms of accessing the metro or going to a shopping centre.

Modern hotel with a fantastic reception and bar area . Second time staying here because of the value for money . We had 2 x twin rooms which cost £75 per night each . A bargain. We know that it is a distance from the city centre so we bought 3 day metro passes which cost 18 euros each . It took around 45 mins on the metro to get into the centre. For us , that was part of the adventure. We like the area the hotel is in . Mainly Spanish with little English . This means eating with the locals and cheap meals ( meal for 4 with bottle of wine and soft drinks around £50) . Just need google translator as many staff in the surrounding restaurants have basic English ( but better than my Spanish so fair play to them ) . In the hotel , all staff speak perfect English .

Close to the metro into the city and easy for he airport. The swimming pool was a big plus for our kids, especially in the afternoon heat. Nice restaurant. The staff were all excellent and extremely helpful. Very welcoming of a family with young kids.

The location is right on the edge of the city so there isn’t much choice for restaurants etc. It was perfect for a couple of nights at the end of our trip but a bit of limited choice.

we had a family room, which was of a good size, bad and sofa bed were both comfy, nice shower gel. Two pools available, on day we stayed small pool was out for filter change, so we used big pool, great depth but water was bit too cold. Hotel provided pool towels which were big and warm. The lady who was minding pool/towels was very helpful and nice. the lady at the reception was excellent and very friendly.

it took us a long time to work out how to use window blinds. the switch by the bed for blinds is not clear to indicate its for blinds.

5 minute walk to IFEMA conventional center was my main reason to choose this hotel. Rooms are spacious, nice design and furniture in the room, restaurant downstairs is great and very convenient. Staff is very friendly.

Thin walls, you can hear people in other rooms. Relatively far from everything including the center of Mardid (about 20-30 minutes taxi ride)

Personal check-in, a nice well equipped small swimming pool - very clean, nice sun beds and shades. A spacious room, complimentary water and comfy bed. Good breakfast choice and nice space to eat.

I had an issue with my air con and the so the first night was very stuffy but when I raised the issue the staff very quickly moved me to a new room. Pillows were a bit solid!

It located near the metro site Feria de Madrid, which is convenient for people that don't use Uber. Meanwhile, it just near the airport, and therefore you can arrive the airport through the metro in 15 minutes. That is perfect for the newbie in Madrid.

The location is not pleasant for tourists. If you want to go downtown city in Madrid, It would take 40-50 minutes at least, on metro or Uber.
