Lovely, bright clean hotel with really nice staff. Great evening meal and really good breakfast. Only 10 minute walk to metro an 5 minute taxi to IFEMA. Would definitely return.

This hotel is very close to Madrid airport and was the perfect place to stay overnight before heading north. We needed the GPS to find it, as there are lots of interlacing highways in the area, but the road it is on was fairly quiet and we weren’t disturbed by road noise. The front desk and restaurant staff were all helpful and a pleasure to deal with, and the bar was a very civilised place to relax after being in transit for 30 hours. The hotel room was as expected and comfortable, and had everything we needed.

High price compared to usual hotels anywhere in Europe

A fantastic warm welcome from Piotr on Reception, who was charming, efficient and generous, with an upgraded room because he spotted it had been my birthday. First-class rooms; a very decent restaurant; welcome drinks; a good night's sleep. What more can anyone ask of a hotel - just great!

It's fundamentally an airport hotel - you wouldn't want to spend weeks in that part of town. But all super-efficient and friendly - it was a great stay

The service by the bar attendant Julio was exceptional, he demonstrated genuine interest to serve us and he went beyond our expectations

The Lobby attendance is terrible, especially a young woman who did not want to help us with any of our requests. Her partner, a young man, was unhelpful either, but the worst attitude was from the young woman

Good rooms, good breakfast

Location far away from main area, but it is safe and 10 minutes walk from Train station (San Lorenzo line 4) then get the Goya train (line 2) and it will take you to Plaza del Sol. It could take up to 1 hour to get there. It is safe as I said but far away from the downtown area. A taxi ride will cost you about 30 Euros from the hotel to Plaza Mayor.

This place is very clean. The room was comfortable and with a lot of light, which I loved. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly; always willing to help and answer questions.

The location is kind of awkward and far from the city center. We stayed here to be close to the convention center, but it’s really not. You have to taxi there, which only takes 5-10 minutes. Still, it would have been nice to be able to walk there.

Location was great - especially for the exhibition centre. The free shuttle bus was also a lovely touch. The room was super clean, very quiet and comfortable. Only a 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro line which made it easy to explore further into Madrid (when not at the exhibition centre). I also looked at the meeting rooms available in case we wanted to hold meetings here at a future occasion - they were a great size (all 3 rooms) and the hosting area was also great. The bar area has ~4 areas off it for relaxing with friends or having a drink.

The only thing I missed was having the ability to make coffee in my room. Apart from that, everything was great!!!

The room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean. all surfaces were buffed and shiny. The vuew was good from the room and the bathroom/shower amendities were always topped up. the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location

My room was located opposite the elevator entrance on my floor and sometimes the noise from people entering and exiting was loud, the room doors all make a loud noise when closing which can be disturbing. my hair dryer was not working in my room however the maintenance quickly provided me with a replacement one.

Great, comfortable hotel. Great bar, food and staff. Only issue was location as far from city centre and no near by public transport options. Uber was fine though, but around half an hour drive and 25 euros per trip.
