It was a great value for budget and comfort balance; very close to metro station, facilities clean and in great condition. Comfy bed! Dark room perfect to sleep, very close to airport! Had to take an uber at 5 am and was 13/14 euros.

Zero flexibility for early check in (even if room is available an hour, minutes before 3:00 pm, unless you pay 15 euro. Also seems that you have to pay for pretty much everything, but if you book and are ok with whats included then it’s cool.

VERY bad checkin process. There is no staff inside, everything goes through their website, where you have to manually insert a lot of data on travelers, receive email, and link in this email works as your key - so if your battery is down, or you forget phone inside the room - you cannot get in. And worst part - all of it works only in specific scenarios. If you booked at the same day - they send you no info about the process I’ve described (eventually I got the email several days after we already left) So I spent about 2 hours trying to google their contacts outside of booking.com, write through browser chat etc. Phone was not answering

An apartment complex with several rooms on each floor without any check-in staff. The entrance door of the building and the room is intelligently controlled and opened by the code sent in the email. The room is very clean, the bathroom is small but clean, and the lighting is good. The bed is suitable and soft for two people to rest.

The place where it is located was safe. The room was comfortable enough. I would definitely come back if the opportunity.

No one to ask if you have a necessity even emails are answered with delayed. The microwave was too dirty.

No need to check in. Building and room keys are controlled via internet. The room is minimum but cost effective. The hotel is located in the quiet residential area, quite close to the subway, and it takes less than 30 minutes to the airport.

it would be nice it the code appeared at some point so you fon't have to carry your phone to the bathroom alll the time :)

Location, beside the bus stop almost and 2 mins to metro. Great wifi and clean.

No staff. U cannot leave bags before 1500 or after 1500 so this is not the place if u arrive earlier and leave later from Madrid.

It's easy to reach the centre by metro. The bed was very comfortable. The automatic system with the doors worked well. The bathroom was clean. There was a heater in the room (as it was pretty cold). It was very quiet, no noise complaints.

Great location, nice clean bathroom. Brilliant value for money. Overall would return and recommend for someone looking for basic, cheap accommodation.

Had a problem with housekeeping not coming, and the door lock broke - but that's what you expect in such a basic facility?
