Perfect place if you need to go early to airport (bus is leaving from Avenida de America) or if you are going for Real Madrid match (direct bus to Bernabeu). Perfect value for price for those who wants to only sleep at hotel and don't need any other service. All clean and lot of safety cameras there. Near busy street so loud noise, impossible to open window for a while. Door openers looks older and was difficult to put codes for opening the door

Good location with short walk from public transport. Shops and restaurants around which was nice. Lots of natural light in the room. The noise is to be expected when staying in a place like this so any noise didn’t bother us!

Bathrooms were dirty at times but wouldn’t say it was fault of owners and instead of other guests. A charge for clean towels which was disappointing.

The house was clean, with a good scent, pleasant environment, and it is close to the bus station and beaches. The owner is really great and we feel at home. We are going to Malaga in the future as a group, I recommend you to go there, it's a nice place for your trip.

Very good price/quality ratio. Small, clean room with basic features, very comfortable bed.

It would be nice to have another light source, like a bed lamp. Entrance procedure seems complicated at first but check-in explanations were clear and sufficient.

No breakfast available. I liked the cleanliness and the quiet environment.

I wasn't aware of the distance to the apartment. Also I think a little information about getting to the unit from the airport would have helped (eg. Bus/metro connections).

Comfy, decently located and with nice and clean bathrooms.

The Walls are very thin and oftentimes people would come in late at night (like 2a.m.) and be noisy in the halls, waking me up.

This time we changed room w/o toillete to room with private toillete and it was reall worth it thus everything remains the same. Room was comfy and clean. Also, stuff was very nice and helpfull. Value for money is 10/10 and I recommend it to everyone who plans to stay in Madrid. I would definitely come here again!

didn't have reception personnel, which for me was perfect i got the room without en-suite bathroom, the shared one was spotless for a bit less price difference i'd have gone for a separate bathroom though

the airconditioning didn’t work and we got our entry code very late, had to ask for it myself
