Can hear some noise coming from other rooms/outside of the room. but that's the only thing that I can say I didn't like much.. Didn't bother me so much as I'm not a light sleeper in reality. :)

The property looked nice, and wasn’t too far from bus stops / metro. The bed / room was comfortable. The shower was fantastic. The two entry doors to the room also helped to eliminate sound from the corridor which was good, as it could be quite loud with the second door open. One of the ladies behind the bar was so lovely, we didn’t catch her name but she had beautiful dark skin and short dark hair. She was fantastic! The others were very rude and didn’t care, one gave us a filthy used plate when we requested 2 to take to our room and when we requested some milk for tea, the other brought over a jug of milk from a table who had just left! It was raining during our stay and the hotel only seemed to have one umbrellas for guests to share. It would have been good to have access to an umbrella.

The property looked clean from a distance but we found it was quite dirty. The toilet bowl on the outside was filthy, the seat looked like it had been wiped with a dirty cloth. There was dust and hair in the corners of the bathroom, and the bath & shower head were stained. There was no kettle in the room and we couldn’t get one, which was a shame.

Many previous reviewers claimed the breakfast was exceptional. They were right! It was very plentiful, fresh and very tasty. The staff were particularly helpful, efficient and professional, going out of their way to accommodate any of our needs. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s also located in a district that is easily accessible to the downtown area but quasi-residential, meaning it was quite quiet.

The hotel used a very strong smelling scented deodorizer in the main lobby, which we found almost offensive, especially as we come from a country where “no scents makes good sense!”

The staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient, the hotel itself is clean, breakfast is amazing with great selection of food.

The room is very small, the shower in the bathroom is placed that way that every time you take a shower, the floor is flooded which is very dangerous, service at the restaurant wasn't great, had to wait for 40 mins to be serviced.

The room was big enough for us (2 persons) and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the view was nice (7th floor). It was very quiet, no noise from outside, We will come back here if there is another concert at the Ryadh Air Metropolitano stadium!

The wifi was a little bit weak. Maybe because we were on the top floor in one of the last rooms!?

The location was good walking distance from 2 different metro stations. The pool was very nice and they had poolside bar service (bring drinks to you). The rooms were spacious and comfortable. They come equipped with small fridge - filled with complimentary drinks, wine storage, shower & bathroom amenities aswell

Everything was great but there was a day where all guests experienced issues with their keycards but the issue got resolved quickly
