It's located in a great neighborhood, with supermarkets and fruit stands within a 5 min walk, a good amount of different restaurants are also within walking distance and several metro lines are available so it's really easy to get to wherever you want

I traveled with a friend ( two girls ) and I would've felt a bit safer if the door had a safer lock; it looked a bit wobbly. Also, the walls are really thin and you can hear the whole conversation from the neighbors

Getting into the apartment was easy with the door code provided. Reasonable size of the apartment. It was room # 3 which is on the ground floor facing the back of the house which means it is fairly quiet. Good location, very close to 2 metro stations and not far from Retiro park. Supermarket, shops, restaurants are close by.

motion detector turning on the lights each time I entered the bathroom. Luckily, this was disabled on the 2nd day after my complaint. It should better remain disabled. Noise from other guests/tenants in the house as the walls are thin but it's ok when using earplugs. The room facing the back courtyard means there is not a lot of light, and during the day the fumes from the neighbouring car repair shop fill the air - there must be some ventilation pipe leading into this back courtyard - which means I needed to keep the window closed. The mattress appeared to be sagging, which is surprising as this apartment is quite new.

Really comy bed, great location, clean and had everything you would need for a short stay.

We picked the apartment with a terrace and paid a little extra, but I wouldn't bother again as it looks onto an enclosed courtyard that's dark and dreary facing other buildings. The building water system is very loud at night. The room and bathroom didn't smell fresh at times, we opened the windows.

well equipped and well designed to maximise the small size of the apartment. I like the complementary tea coffee including milk!

No lift or handrail on the marble stairway. Am disabled so was quite an ordeal to get my suitcase up to the first floor. Small table can not be called a dining table.

Location was good easy to reach , room seems to.be new , bathroom very clean and with everything you need.

I found the bed a bit uncomfortable maybe the mattress was too soft .

Good apartments in a good location. Comfortable and clean.

We were not able to leave our luggage before check-in as all lockers were occupied.
