Beautiful garden space, and a very relaxing stay. Nice friendly atmosphere amongst the guests. Nice surrounding area, with good breakfast cafeterias nearby.

I'm not complaining as I was very happy here. But I saw some people complaining about the rooms. What do they expect? They pay a cheap price and expect luxury. This is not a luxury accommodation. It's simple, but it is nice. The rooms are not so big or luxurious, but it's very nice to have the opportunity to stay at a place this nice, for this money. So don't complain!

Despite the fact that our booking happened last minute and we arrived early Natalia was a wonderful host. She showed us a great place to eat, the beds were very comfortable and she was just generally really sweet. The courtyard was particularly nice to sit in! Also not far to walk to a beautiful park or the centre!

It would have been nice to have a lamp in the triple bedroom so that we didn’t have to operate in the dark whilst our little one was asleep but REALLY NO COMPLAINTS!

Super comfortable beds. Exceptionally nice patio (we always did our meals there). Overall nice. We didn't expect much of this type of accommodation (we usually take full-size apartments, this room was urgent and temporary), but this hotel pleased us much more than we expected.

Locks need oil and a little bit of engineer's attention. People seemingly struggle to enter, and sometimes their noisy attempts are happening at night.

Room was great. Clean, very spacious. Plenty of air and light. Not any bad smells to mention. Bathroom was clean. Its in a quiet neighborhood and the living houselady is super helpful and does not bother you at all. All amenities work.

It might be a little off course of the center in Madrid but Madrid is very well connected with public transport so no issue there.

Very clean and comfortable place, the room was not so big but surely enough for 2 days (2 people). I liked how staff is super worrying about cleaning conditions of the house, I couldn't even leave a cup of tea in the kitchen and that I find it clean

Location too far from airport, WiFi not working, no telephone in room. No A/c in room but fan was ok.

The location is great and simple check in, very clear instructions for self-access.

There was no outlet to connect and turn the TV on. The bathroom lock was not working properly.

The location was great - right in town. The registration/checkout went smoothly. The were able to hold my luggage while I explored after checking out.
