This is a perfect place to stay in Madrid. The neighbourhood is very cool, downtown, and near to the underground, which in Madrid can bring you to anywhere. The apartment has everything you need. Security 24x7 and clean. The rooms are well equipped and a perfect place if you want to sleep well, such a silent place like that you won't find in the middle of a huge city as Madrid.

I found nothing that I really regret from the place.

The location is really convenient. It was near to Retiro Park. And if you love to walk, Plaza Mayor and Gran Via is just 45 minutes away. Stores and groceries are also nearby. We got what we paid for for this apartment.

The hallway is quite dark specially during the night. A little spooky. The apartment is a bit dusty but we had fresh towels everyday.

The location was fantastic... It was really easy to get to other parts of Madrid's centre either by walking or catching the metro. The apartment was great value for money and I didn't mind that the furnishings were a bit dated.

Overall I was really happy with the apartment, especially because it was great value for the location, but it would have been even better if they had a kettle in the kitchenette.

Location in the heart of Madrid, you can reach all the city's landmarks by walking ... if you want transporting , so its all available near the hotel. amazing place ...!!!

I felt that the rooms needed renovation, especially the sofa in the living room, which was not good.

Great location. The room was very confortable, great shower.

Small bed and not very confortable pillows. You can hear the people in the other rooms.

The location Is the one of the best and It is good Value for Money . We stayed for 5 days and yes its a enough., Needs a Little refurbish yes . But cleaning services every day Mine was with a balcony. So yes great value for money

The Building it self it’s a little outdated. Service was generally fine, though it didn’t particularly stand out.

The apartment was much quieter than I'd expected, a real bonus in such a central place in Madrid. Also, it was spotlessly clean which I had been worried about seeing other reviews, but it was great and there was daily maid service.

The "hot" water was never more than lukewarm.

Apartment was clean, bright and central. Staff were friendly and helpful. Totally exceeded my expectations as very good value along with very good location and facilities. Would highly recommend.
