Dog-friendly, absolutely stellar staff (front desk people were fantastic, and spoke excellent english), superb (free!) breakfast, ideal location. Nothing at all to complain about. Try to get a room with a balcony, nice views. Parking is in a nearby garage (not part of the hotel), which was fine. There is a temporary loading zone and no one hassled us unloading our bags/kids/dog. Highly recommended.

Nothing to complain about. Great hotel. Wouldn't have minded a bit of a bar scene, but the space is small and they do make drinks at the tiny bar just off the lobby.

Breakfast, amenities, stuff and location; Especially receptionists; they were very helpful and kind; we had the flight early in the morning and we got lunch packages with sandwiches, water, some fruits and delights and the receptionist made the coffee for us. In the hotel questionary I wrote some remarks, and the hotel management not only read, but reply to me very detailed. BIG THANKS for them.

Cleanliness - could be better.

Great location, right in the middle of a high-end shopping street, and a 5 mins walk to a popular local market La Paz. The hotel is very very clean and I felt safe and welcomed as a solo traveler. I stayed in a inner-courtyard facing room with a window, so it was very quiet as well, definitely helps when you have jet lag.

Nothing! Would stay here again! Just be aware that breakfast starts at 8am instead of 7am on weekends. There were a few folks like me who came down too early…

The location was perfect so central to everything on the main street of shopping & all the reservations we wanted to go to. The breakfast was good everything you need not too fancy. The room was spacious comprised to the European sizes, very modern we reserved the luxe one with a balcony. Overall I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Madrid. We enjoyed it.

The location is right in the one of the best areas of Madrid city centre, full of vibration, nice restaurants and fancy brand stores.

Rooms are quite old at the moment and not well maintained. I used to stay here most of my times in Madrid but I got a bit disappointed this time.

location and the most delicious breakfast . The staff was always friendly , proper and fast helping us in anyway. Precheck on the app was a bonus so check in process was so easy specially we got in late . We were able to leave our bags on storage pre arrival and that was a great help.

Our room was a little bit small but the bathroom was big and confortable , but we were very comfortable still

Location and staff was great - family rooms nice and functional BUT no AC! How can it be in a 4 star hotel in Madrid - no AC and we suffered during a warm March weekend - how will it be in the summer? Breakfast is amazing and the team - 5star service - very kids friendly

Amazing location, comfortable bed and room.

On the check-out, the staff member was not friendly, I asked if we could check out later and he seemed bothered by my request. Otherwise the other people were nice and professional.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Property location is very convenient. Premises were clean and well maintained
