The location is superb. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious, and have tall ceilings and large windows. Great shower (though hard not to flood the bathroom)

I stayed for the first time in 2022, and I loved it, although it was not my style (a bit too modern). Since then, it seems the property has not had a deep cleaning or good maintenance; everything works, but there's a stain here, a chip there, the decor already looks a bit dated, including the pointless little accent cushions. Also, not really the hotel's fault, but there was a (garbage?) truck that visited the block three different times in the middle of the night (2 to 4am)... i hope something can be done.

Location in a tea quile residential zone but 1 stone throw away from Serrano and all Salamanca commercial zone. 2 blocks away from metro. All is near in Madrid

The shortage in staff at the hotel was very evident, at reception desk, for maintainamve and cleaning off hours, to pick up the phone, etc. The reception staff was very nice but definetely working beyond their posibilities with no back up personelle.

Location was very good as the area was very quiet at night and still very central and easy to get to other places in the city. Also it was very close to two metro stations.

The room could have done with having a bit more storage to put things. Although it was a very nice and clean room, it was a little impractical at times.

Location is what I like most, and the service is very good.

This is my third stay, and unfortunately, this time, the room I was assigned had a foul odor, like dirty feet. The shower also collected water. I would still stay again, I would just ask to change rooms next time. This time I was only there for a few hours.

The room is clean, inviting and well decorated. Wifi was good. Staff very helpful. Food very good. Would have appreciated a list of good restaurants nearby.

The basin in the TINY bathroom is unusable - the tap sticks out so far that you cant bend over the basin to wash your face. The shower door leaks and created a flood every time we showered. But to be honest - small issues. We loved the hotel

Great location, very safe and there's a coffee shop around the corner and the Metro station within 7 min walking. The bed it's amazing and the whole room it's nice. The Staff is great and always taking care of your needs.

I didn't like that my room didn't have a view. I think it's a little expensive for the type of the room.

Beautiful hotel, great sized room with incredibly comfortable beds. The hotel was well located (5 minute walk to the metro and 15 minute walk to centre / attractions), but it is in a quiet street so we slept really well, making use of the blackout blinds. Lovely terrace for drinks too. The staff are welcoming and helpful.

No complaints at all. Lift can be a little slow but such a minor issue!

Lovely old building with all renovated modern rooms - high ceilings, big windows, huge bathroom. Very central and near 2 metro stations. Easy walk to Retiro Park. Added bonus is the fabulous little hotel restaurant Bump Green, serving wonderful healthy tasty food.

Minor criticism is that there were no shelves in the bathroom or room to put things on.

Very well-located, close to a metro station but also a walking distance to the city center (~20 min). Beautiful area, very calm and quiet, secure, with a lot of police patrols, as there are government agencies around. Comfortable, modern room, very quiet, facing the inner court.

The room was a bit small, no balcony, but nonetheless well-thought and all needed was available. A high level nag from me - If they'd offer slippers, that would've been the cherry on the cake.

We loved the hotel's location. Salamanca is a stunning district that offers easy access to other tourist attractions in Madrid.

Our room was on the ground floor, lacking sufficient natural light throughout the day. Additionally, the room didn't quite live up to the stunning appearance depicted in the photographs.
