Modern Clean Decor bed bathroom

During our stay a maine water pipe to the hotel needed to be prepared and the water was shut off to the hotel. We where not warned and when we needed to change (shower brush our teeth etc) we couldn’t and had to leave hotel for an appointment without showering. Not pleasant. We where also not advised when it came back on but it did. Thankfully. Finally when we checked out there was no mention of it - no apology, curtesy gesture, nothing at all. This I found could have been handled differently or at least acknowledged with more empathy. It might not have been the hotel’s fault but it’s certainly not of the paying customer either and not recognizing the inconvenience felt like we carried the burden on our own.

We were greeted with a smile from reception Ms. Alena, and were assisted with luggage personally to our room. From all the travels we do , this hotel is by far the only one with a completely silent AC that works so accurate and so pleasantly. The location is so secure , in a quiet street, yet a walking distance to the main madrid Colon and castellna streets. breakfast is a la cart , not a buffet. limited but fresh. Diego doing his job awesome. Everyone around you trying their best. In One sentence, the hotel breaths with prefect management and you feel well the attention and care.

the location of the hotel was perfect. it was close to all the main stations and attractions without being in the rush of the downtown area. it's right next to the ministry of interior which made the whole area feel very safe. tons of restaurants and shopping areas within a 10min walk from the hotel. every staff member was extremely nice and friendly.

the room was a bit smaller than expected and not very quiet as you could hear anyone walking outside, coming into their rooms etc. the breakfast was fine - designed as a menu of set options but if you're vegetarian or don't eat pork, you may struggle a little.

Our room was really good and the bed and pillows were the best we have ever had in any hotel in THE WORLD. In fact they were so good we checked out the labels - they are goose down, so incredibly good we plan to buy some ourselves. Breakfast was really good, plenty of options and reasonably priced. Really good staff as well, in fact all the staff from front desk to cleaners were all very helpful with anything we needed.

The dining room is only open for breakfast at the moment, but they plan to open for other meals in the future. I gather that the Pavilion Madrid hasn't been open for very long, but we wish them well for the future, they really deserve it.

Really really clean, the room was more spacious than I expected, turndown service with a bottle of water. Great location. Staff was nice and always helpful. Nice decoration. Nice bed.

The shower heads have no labels, so I basically had to guess which one I was turning on the first time. Thankfully, I had my shower cap! A restaurant for dinner or late-night cravings would be nice, but there are snacks in the room, and the location has plenty of options and a grocery store nearby.

The hotel is simply classy. You feel it from the entrance to the lobby. Personnel is highly professional and helpful. Very good breakfast, quality products. Service is excellent! Facilities are new and sparkling clean. The room is large. Garage parking (lift is used, so in case of a long car - contact reception in advance to ensure your car fits into the elevator). Gym available. Area is super safe, as nearby is the ministry of internal affairs, and the neighbourhood is watched by the police. Overall, we had a really good stay, worth the money you pay.

We liked everything and will definitely consider stay in this hotel again.

stayed in the Executive Room. very nice. clean. spacious. lovely bathrooms. Beautifully decorated. I used the cleaning service sporadically, but when I did, it was excellent. Location was perfect. right in the Salamance area - very quiet and serene. a short taxi ride to the bustling centre.

The incense and scents sprayed throughout the hotel. very strong. very unpleasant smell. For those of us who have scent allergies - not tolerable. Why do they have it? Scents are so personal. It was overwhelming and enough that I had to take antihistamines each day. Beautiful hotel, well situated, lovely staff. However, I wouldnt return because of the incense or scents sprayed throughout the hotel.,Unfortunately.

The property is next door to the Interior Minister’s office and thus is in a very safe location. Because of this I was able to explore at night by myself. It is not in the middle of the city and is 10 to 15 minutes away from the center by taxi or 30 minutes by walking. So you get to see MADRID without being in the mix of it.

The room was a little small. So I’m not quite sure how two people would be comfortable in it. That being said, I had quite a bit of luggage.

breakfast was good buy maybe some more variation would be nice, especially if you have a longer stay like 5 days as we had. no other features we didn't like.

We had a delightful 5-night stay at this comfortable boutique hotel located in an upscale and safe neighborhood, only a cross road to serrano street. The staff were incredibly helpful and bright, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

The only downside was the limited breakfast selection, but overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience.
