Don’t know about the breakfast, we had only a cappuccino in bed, but they was not enough staff for the room service

The whole groundfloor was being refurbished, so no bar no restaurant or common area (one of the reason we choose Bless) and when we asked to go to the rooftop it was reserved for a private party and the next day closed, the 5 tables at the very small pool area were fully booked. No dinning or bar alternative was offered to the hotel guests!!! And it was not mentioned anywhere when we booked!

Great location and lovely rooms. We had issues with securing twin beds and had to chase the hotel on our first day (despite the request made upon booking), but they managed to resolve it. The pool is great, but the restaurant on the terrace is closed Monday - Thursday, which is a shame and means you miss out on great views. I'm not sure why this is given the amount you pay for the hotel, so this should be looked at.

The staff were generally attentive, but breakfast time was a bit painful. You have 2 choices- cold buffet or cold buffet+ 1 hot dish. Seems like the staff get overwhelmed, and we got forgotten about a few times. On our last morning, we were abruptly told that 10.30 am was the cut-off for ordering the hot dishes , having waited for a while to be served. Seems to be a common issue having read other reviews, so it should be addressed.

First of all the hotel is amazing & the location is perfect for me & my husband! very nice area & classy! few blocks away from Retrio Park! We stayed at Premium Velazquez View room. The room was spacious & all our 5 luggage fitted into the wardrobe! the bathroom is large as well and the bathtub made a difference in our stay. We also enjoyed the SPA there as it was included in our room rate! So, I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying for 5-7 days!

despite the good stay & everything, we really was disappointed with room service! They only put two bottles of water that is for coffee & drinking! Sometimes, they forgot to leave coffee cups & coffee capsules! My husband got flu, so we asked for slices of lemon & ginger & honey, each time they bring one thing & forgot the rest! So had to call for it! In our last day, they took everything so had to call and ask to bring everything!

the beds were SO comfy, they gave us an upgrade which was SO perfect, and also gave us a nice treat for the last night of our honeymoon! the hotel itself is swanky and modern and feels like an oasis in the city.

the bathrooms could use an update- our shower was almost too short for my husband (6ft) and also the temperature gauge didn't work very well so the coolest temperature was so hot!!! the bathtub broke the second we walked in. also the AC unit was on the fritz, we had to call them twice to get them to manually turn it down. the second time it finally worked.

The staff at Bless was incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean and operable. If you like comfortable beds, wonderful views from the rooftop pool and restaurant, hookah lounge, spa, and showers that keep the steam from fogging the mirror among many many other things then book this hotel. You may see that the staff at the bar pours you a generous drink. You may have your luggage carried to/from your room and nobody complains when you don't park in the perfect place in front of the hotel. I love this hotel.

The gym could be larger.

My stay at Bless Hotel Madrid was truly exceptional. The location is perfect, the staff warm and attentive, and the room design refined — every detail was so well thought out. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and quality. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the spa and the rooftop terrace with the pool, but unfortunately it was closed due to the weather. One thing is certain: on my next visit to Madrid, I’ll be your guest again.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable room, and very friendly staff.

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast area — it was quite dark with limited natural light, the variety of food was lacking, and some of the cutlery wasn’t clean.

The staff was very helpful! The Bellboy amazing! Food excellent. Excellent cleaning service and they helped us carry our bags across the street. Plus one of the best bathrooms ive used.

I didnt like the checkout treatment. I dont know if it was the staff member that had a bad morning, you pay 200€ in case you consume anything from the bar. Definitely not a farewell thats welcoming for a second stay.

Loved the facilities! Very nice lobby area and rooftop, good gym and relaxing spa. The staff were friendly and responsive specially the room service. I also give the Conceirge full-mark for their amazing service

If I am being very picky: - I asked to be moved to a room with the same layout (whenever it becomes available) as my previous stay, the reception promised to look but didn’t bother to update me. - I am very sensitive to noise. There were few periods where I felt there was some maintenance work going on inside the hotel without any notification.
